NutriDia Brasil: A atuação de um hospital de ensino nos anos de 2015 e 2016

Nutritional assessment allows the identification of possible changes in the nutritional status of individuals. The objective is to describe the nutritional status, aspects related to food consumption and clinical outcome of patients of the ward and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a teaching hospital that is part of NutriDia Brasil in 2015 and 2016. A questionnaire of the Nutrition Day project was applied in 75 patients. In the ward, in 2015, 50% of the adults and elderly presented eutrophy; however, in 2016, 46,2% of the adults were overweight and 50% of the elderly were eutrophic and in both years most of them had orally feeding. In the ICU, in 2015, we found 66,7% of adults with obesity, and 40% of the elderly in leanness or eutrophy. In 2016, 50% of adults were eutrophic and 66,6% of the elderly were overweight. In the ICU in 2015, the predominant feeding route was oral and enteral, both with 50% and in 2016 the enteral route predominated. Regarding the clinical outcome, most of the patients in the ward had already been discharged after 30 days of Nutrition Day, and in the ICU, after 60 days of the research, other clinical outcomes prevailed in both years. It was concluded that the most prevalent nutritional status was eutrophic and overweight, as for the feeding route, the oral and enteral routes prevailed and in the ward, the most common clinical outcome was hospital discharge.

Relação entre imagem corporal, atitudes para transtornos alimentares e estado nutricional em universitárias da área da saúde.

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between body image dissatisfaction, attitudes towards eating disorders and nutritional status in university students of health area. Methods: Descriptive, transversal and quantitative study with 225 university students registered in eight health courses. QUALIDADE DA DIETA E FATORES DE RISCO PARA DOENÇAS CRÔNICAS

O presente estudo teve como objetivo verificar o Indice de Alimentacao Saudavel de servidores publicos e associar com possiveis fatores de risco para as Doencas Cronicas Nao Transmissiveis (DCNT). Trata-se de uma pesquisa de delineamento transversal com funcionarios publicos adultos. O consumo alimentar foi medido pelo metodo Recordatorio Alimentar de 24 horas e a qualidade da dieta avaliada pelo Indice de Alimentacao Saudavel proposto por Mota et al. (2008). Os fatores de risco foram verificados atraves de um questionario com questoes referentes ao estilo de vida, dados clinicos e nutricionais. Foram avaliados 28 individuos, 78,6% do sexo feminino, com idade media de 38,68±11,48 anos, sendo que 3,6% possuiu uma dieta de boa qualidade, 89,3% dieta precisando de melhorias e 7,1% dieta de ma qualidade. O estado nutricional mais prevalente foi eutrofia (50%) seguido de sobrepeso/obesidade (42,9%). Nao praticam atividade fisica 35,7%, 92,9% referiu nao fumar, e 50% relataram ingerir bebida alcoolica. A presenca de DCNT na familia foi referida por 71,6% e 46,4% referem ter patologias atuais. Conclui-se que o padrao de qualidade da dieta que predominou foi o de precisando de melhorias, e que houve a presenca de diversos fatores de risco para doencas cronicas nessa amostra.
