Modelo de evaluación de la capacidad de acogida del territorio con SIG y técnicas de decisión multicriterio respecto a la implantación de edificaciones en espacios rurales

Evaluation model of land carrying capacity with GIS and decision techniques multicriteria regarding the implementation of building in rural areas It shows a method that relied on scientific proposals, assistance in planning sustainable land use. This method is based on evaluation models of carrying capacity of the land. Its foundation is the development of an evaluation methodology with a broad perspective of rural sustainability and provides the necessary enhancement of natural resources, the preservation of their environmental quality and the minimization of natural hazards. With it will assess the implementation of process-related buildings urban sprawl in rural areas. This evaluation addresses the particular conditions of rural spaces in order to better estimate their potential and their vulnerability to natural hazards. As a result, the evaluation was based on value judgments based on clearly defined and specific attributes of the territory. This process results in a layer of information that shows a classification of the studied space with a score assigned to each part of the territory according to its ability to host applications that have been evaluated.

La gestión integrada de los espacios litorales. Reflexiones sobre los problemas y dificultades para su aplicación

En este texto se hace un analisis de la estrategia promovida por la Union Europea denominada Gestion Integrada de las Zonas Costeras (GIZC). Se analizan las circunstancias politicas y territoriales de los espacios costeros donde seran de aplicacion sus mecanismos. Al mismo tiempo, se observa el punto de encuentro de esta nueva iniciativa con las politicas territoriales llevada a cabo hasta ahora. Se pone de manifiesto que la finalidad de la GIZC es dar la solucion a los problemas principales que impiden el desarrollo de modelos de sostenibilidad ambiental y de equilibrio territorial en los espacios litorales. En este texto analizaremos si estos aspectos se estan consiguiendo realmente y haremos una aproximacion a los problemas que impiden o dificultan la aplicabilidad de esta estrategia. In this text does an analysis of the strategy promoted by the European Union designated Integrated Management of the Coastal Zones (ICZM). We analyse the political and territorial circumstances of the coastal spaces where will be of application his mechanisms. At the same time, it observes the meeting point of this new initiative with the territorial politics carried out up to now. It puts of self-evident that the purpose of the ICZM is to give the solution to the main problems that prevent the development of models of environmental sustainability and of territorial balance in the coastal spaces. In this text will analyse if these appearances are achieving really and will do an approximation to the problems that prevent or hamper the applicability of this strategy.
