The paper suggests an evaluation method for public e-government websites, but also in particular e-health websites based on user perspectives. To evaluate ergonomic quality of websites, attributes are defined. Since quality has several dimensions and some of these dimensions involve linguistic terms, fuzzy approach is chosen as a method for quantifying them. The evaluation method can combine linguistic variables and give an overall score of ergonomic quality of e-government services. It can also address the areas which are required to be improved.

Many hospitals have implemented various kinds of information technologies. Using information technology can improve communication and improve patient safety. One of the information technologies is the application of bar code medication administration (BCMA). For achieving a successful implementation, a semi-formal notation form is used to model and to evaluate the effects of a BCMA system on communication-coordination-cooperation (C3) processes among nurses, physicians and pharmacists. This model could support a successful implementation of the BCMA system by identifying potential unintended and supportive effects related to C3, and providing recommendations for a better implementation. This article describes an approach for an analysis and evaluation of a planned BCMA implementation.

As a result of widespread use of mobile devices, the role of electronic consumer products (ECPs) in education (mobile learning) is getting important day by day. As ECPs are made up of both hardware and software, both aspects should be considered when evaluating their usability. In this paper, a methodology is proposed to explore the importance of usability dimensions of ECPs among old, middle-aged and young people using FCM. In the case study, mobile phones were chosen as the target product. According to the findings, learnability and efficiency are the most important factors for all age groups. Screen size is found to be the third most important factor for the old user groups. Moreover, the number and function of the button sizes come are found to be important factors for young users.
