We suggest smart healthcare system using smart phone depending upon current trend. This system was designed and implemented on the environment of IEEE11073 and HL7 standard. Smart gateway supports the standard connection of Personal Health Device (PHD) thru Bluetooth Health Device Profile (HDP) and user can exchange information using HL7 standard medical information structure. PHD by Bluetooth wireless communication and smart phone gateway make healthcare service easier as it supports ubiquitous environment that is relatively free from the restriction of place and time. Thus it can be expected development and supply various type of PHD. For the more it could help revitalization of U-healthcare industry in the long term period.

Neural network technique is widely employed in the fields of signal processing, control systems, pattern recognition, etc. Learning of neural networks is an important procedure to accomplish dynamic system modeling. This paper presents a novel learning approach for differential neural network models based on the Kalman-Bucy filter theory. We construct an augmented state vector including original neural state and parameter vectors and derive a state estimation rule avoiding gradient function terms which involve to the conventional neural learning methods such as a back-propagation approach. We carry out numerical simulation to evaluate the proposed learning approach in nonlinear system modeling. By comparing to the well-known back-propagation approach and Kalman-Bucy filtering, its superiority is additionally proved under stochastic system environments.

This paper proposes a model for a chainless power assistor system(PAS) that can provide the required power based upon operational status by designing a chainless electric bicycle that can be substituted for a general chain type bicycle and which is also an environmentally friendly means of transportation. This paper designed a fuzzy control algorithm that can intelligently examine operational status through the stopping force sensor of a chainless intelligently auxiliary power system it and also have the power of an auxiliary power system to be controlled by the vehicle`s operational status. This paper designed an intelligent electric bicycle that provides auxiliary power to a general bicycle system relying only upon the stepping force of a human and systems to provide auxiliary power to the intelligent chainless bicycle model designing presented.

Recently, the increase of loading amount on cargo ships due to the automation of loading process results in much complex ship operation. For this reason, NMEA-0183 based on RS-422,485 and NMEA-2000 based on CAN communication methods have been usually used as a standardized method in the marin electric interfacing equipments. In this paper, a general NMEA-0183 protocol was designed to support 7-channel NMEA-0183 serial communication data, which can receive 3-channel 16 bits ADC and 2-channel pulse using SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface). In particular, this method was designed for ship communication requires 7 important factors. Also in this study, using the minimization of the proposed method and realizing the monitoring system based on PC, the effectiveness of multichannel indicator system was proposed.

The present study investigated the tracking system of a reflector to trace the movement of sun. The system was designed to minimize the error between the vertical vector of reflector and the position of sun. The proposed system was able to collect the sun lights at a point as a useful source of light energy and transmit the collected light to a remote area through optical fibers. Also the study successfully solved the controller design problem due to the complexity of modeling of the sun tracking system using a fuzzy logic controller which mimics human reasoning.

The current marine internal communication systems are usually composed of NMEA0183, NMEA2000, and MiTS protocols which are located on the physical layer based on RS-422, RS-485, CAN, and EtherNet. However, general vessel communication method have a weak point that must establish the extra private line. But, the power line communication has advantage over general vessel communication method as it uses AC220V/DC24V without changing line. Therefore, we will propose a new bridge based on the DC-PLC(power Line communication) technique which support the NMEA0183 protocol inside vessel network systems.
