The one-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation for equal vector and scalar -parameter hyperbolic Poschl-Teller potential is solved in terms of the hypergeometric functions. We calculate in detail the solutions of the scattering and bound states. By virtue of the conditions of equation of continuity of the wave functions, we obtained explicit expressions for the reflection and transmission coefficients and energy equation for the bound state solutions.

Abstract We studied the approximate analytical scattering state of the Duffin–Kemmer–Petiau (DKP) equation for arbitrary l-state for couple Hulthen–Woods–Saxon potential using the Pekeris approximation for the centrifugal term. We obtained an energy spectrum, normalised radial wave functions of the scattering states, and the corresponding formula for the phase shifts, which is derived in detail. Special cases of Hulthen and Woods–Saxon potentials were also studied.

The effects of Coulomb-like tensor (CLT), Yukawa-like tensor (YLT) and generalized tensor (GLT) interactions are investigated in the Dirac theory with Schioberg and Manning-Rosen potentials within the framework of spin and pseudospin symmetries using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method. The bound state energy spectra and the radial wave functions have been approximately obtained in the case of spin and pseudospin symmetries. We have also reported some numerical results and figures to show the effects these tensor interactions.

The approximate relativistic Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation with Tietz-Hua potential in (1 + 3) dimension for spin one particles is investigated by approximating the centrifugal term by Pekeris approximation and using parametric generalization of Nikiforov method to obtain the bound state solution. The energy eigenvalues and eigen-function is obtained in closed form.

We study the two-dimensional harmonic oscillator in commutative and noncommutative space within the framework of minimal length quantum mechanics for spin-1/2 particles. The energy spectra and the eigenfunction are obtained in both cases. Special cases are also deduced.

Abstract The bound-state solutions of the Dirac equation for the screened Coulomb potential plus a ringshaped- like potential are determined using supersymmetry quantum mechanics and invariance method for arbitrary angular momentum state J. In the calculations, a proper approximate scheme for the centrifugal term is proposed and the un-normalized eigenfunctions are obtained in terms of the hypergeometric functions.
