Scattering State of Klein-Gordon Particles by q -Parameter Hyperbolic Poschl-Teller Potential

The one-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation for equal vector and scalar -parameter hyperbolic Poschl-Teller potential is solved in terms of the hypergeometric functions. We calculate in detail the solutions of the scattering and bound states. By virtue of the conditions of equation of continuity of the wave functions, we obtained explicit expressions for the reflection and transmission coefficients and energy equation for the bound state solutions.

Bound state solutions of Schrödinger equation with modified Mobius square potential (MMSP) and its thermodynamic properties

We solved the Schrödinger equation with the modified Mobius square potential model using the modified factorization method. Within the framework of the Greene–Aldrich approximation for the centrifugal term and using a suitable transformation scheme, we obtained the energy eigenvalues equation and the corresponding eigenfunction in terms of the hypergeometric function. Using the resulting eigenvalues equation, we calculated the vibrational partition function and other relevant thermodynamic properties. We also showed that the modified Mobius square potential can be reduced to the Hua potential model using appropriate potential constant values.

Spin–lattice coupling in iron-pnictide superconductors: a model for possible continuous phase transition

A systematic study of the dependence of the local magnetic moment, M, on the Fe-Pn layer separation has been carried out. Within the Ehrenfest classification of orders of phase transition, we propose a continuous (>2) phase transition for studying the dependence of M on the Fe-Pn layer separation. Our model is tested with available experimental data.
