Development of Security Quality Evaluate Basis and Measurement of Intrusion Prevention System

In-Oh Jeon; Sang-Won Kang; Hae-Sool Yang

Abstract The intrusion prevention system solution is receiving the spotlight as the next generation security system. It is anticipated that the system will form a very active security market both domestically and overseas. Moreover, quality evaluation proving successful inspection of merchandises is required of domestic businesses seeking to operate in the international market, and general users also prefer those that have successfully passed inspection. This study has constructed a security quality evaluation model for intrusion prevention system by deriving and analyzing security quality evaluation items required by an intrusion prevention system solution and by classifying them in detail. The derived quality evaluation model will play an important role of assessing and improving the quality of intrusion prevention system. Fun Factors by Game Genre

Chan-Il Park; Hae-Seung Yang; Hae-Sool Yang

The ultimate purpose of producing game is to make successful sale as making players to be fun. We have to identify fun factors of game and analyze player activities more detail to make fun game. In this paper, we compare game fun factors and select the most detailed one of them and then computed weight factors with AHP method. Based on survey of game players of the selected fun factors, we quantified satisfaction of game fun factors. The result of this paper can be used for assessment of game fun satisfaction and establish game development strategy to implement fun factors according to game genre.

Normalizing Class Hierarchies Based on the Formal Concept Analysis

Suk-Hyung Hwang; Sung-Hee Choi; Hae-Sool Yang

Class hierarchies often constitute the backbone of object-oriented software systems. Building “good” class hierarchies is a very important and common task, but such hierarchies are not so easy to build and evolve. Therefore, their construction and evolution are very important issues in component-based and object-oriented software engineering. In this paper, we present a normalized form of class hierarchy based on the concept lattice of formal concept analysis. Our approach provides the theoretical bases for the creation and evolution of well-defined object-oriented class hierarchy structures.

Evaluation Method of Mobile Commerce

Hae-Sool Yang; Sang-Won Kang

Abstract As smartphone penetration increases are mobile payments service are expanding. Mobile Commerce software market is trend that is soaring. Accordingly, high reliability Mobile Commerce request of high quality are enlarged. And The greater amount of data is going to be more mobile commerce market situation is also gradually increased. In this paper, I surveyed and analysed the general trend and test/certification trend of mobile commerce software, and developed the mobile commerce software quality evaluation metrics base on ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 12119, the standard about the quality evaluation. Reliability Evaluation Model for Digital Rights Management Software

Hae-Sool Yang; Sang-Won Kang; Hyoung-Jin Choi

The quality evaluation of software reliability for digital rights management rating will lead and as the technique it will be able to induce the quality increase of digital copyright management software the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree it will raise. In order to evaluate the reliability quality of digital copyright management software from the research which it sees it proposed the tentative metric, it measured the result according to the standard which is appropriate it accomplished it presented it presented a quality and a research in about the method which it decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method clearly. The research which it sees it leads and it induces that there is a possibility of being sufficient it sees the reliability quality increase of digital copyright management software and the demand which is quantitative/qualitative in about digital copyright management software.

Application Instance Satisfaction Analysis of Web Environmental ERP System

Hae-Sool Yang; Sang-Won Kang; Jong-Ryeol Kim

Recently, people seek to recognize organizationally and cross sectionally the period work of a company such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, accounting, and personnel management in order to maximize company profit. Also, the ERP system, which is used as a management concept for plan management designed to optimize the utilization of management resources in an enterprise like manner, has been introduced for the same purpose. This study has examined the ERP system, which has been currently set up, for the parent company, S. The study has evidentially analyzed the system efficiency and satisfaction level of customers by examining implementation effects after onsite application and by seeking ways of improvement after recognizing the difficulty linked with use discovered after onsite application of the system and rejection by customers by conducting a questionnaire survey.

On development of supporting tool for Folksonomy Mining based on Formal Concept Analysis

Yu-Kyung Kang; Suk-Hyung Hwang; Hae-Sool Yang

Folksonomy is a user-generated taxonomy to organize information by which a user assigns tags to resources published on the web. Triadic datas that indicate relations of between users, tags, and resources, are created by collaborative tagging from many users in folksonomy-based system. Such the folksonomy data has been utilized in the field of the semantic web and web2.0 as metadata about web resources. In this paper, we propose FCA-based folksonomy data mining approach in order to extract the useful information from folksonomy data with various points of view. And we developed tool for supporting our approach. In order to verify the usefulness of our proposed approach and FMT, we have done some experiments for data of del.icio.us, which is a popular folksonomy-based bookmarking system. And we report about result of our experiments.

Testing Method for Mobile RFID from the Perspective of the Evaluator

Hae-Seoung Yang; Sang-Won Kang; Hae-Sool Yang

Abstract This study has comprehensively summarized existing research on the technology for evaluating software quality and its standardization. Based on this, the study developed a model for evaluating software quality via needs assessment. Also, in terms of the trend toward international standardization of software quality evaluation, this study has consulted details relating to the combining of two documents on such intranational standardization as the ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598 and enacting them as a single document, the ISO/IEC 25000. Further, the purpose of this study is to develop a model for evaluating mobile RFID quality based on recognition of the characteristics of each area, after taking into consideration the demands made from the perspective of the user. Another purpose is to improve the quality of mobile RFID by developing a testing method for mobile RFID from the perspective of the evaluator. Design and Implementation of Tool Constructing Migration of Legacy System

Hae-Seung Yang; Pyung-Hyung Park; Hae-Sool Yang

Due to increased software development cost, interest about the method and automated tool for reusing legacy system have been running high. Therefore, In this study, it proves the definition, concept and also background of legacy system by showing real market and technology trend. Automation tool is designed and developed to handle the concrete development methodology, procedure and reference. Also, we implemented the process that analyze the legacy system and extract, refine, store and reuse the candidate components by using LM(Legacy to Modern System) supporting tool presented in this paper. If LM supporting tool is applied to legacy system migration, we can expect cutting costs, shortening the developing period and succeeding the intellectual property by software re-engineering.

Design and Implementation of Contents Conversion System for Wireless Internet

Hae-Sool Yang; Min-Yong Choi; Suk-Hyung Hwang

Wireless internet is embossed the new keyword of IT technology in the world lately. The wireless internet is the architecture, technology and service to be can taken data communication and internet service using wireless device through connecting internet in the wireless environment. These wireless internet technology is extends the scope of using information with the existing wire internet technology. But, It is necessary to be extend supply of quantitative and qualitative for using wireless internet technology efficiently. For these matters, it is efficient to reuse good qualify contents that is serviced on wire environments. Then, in this paper, design and implement the technique of creating con-tents that is made by the method of compounding parts based on the contents automatic reuse technology over the concept of creating new wireless contents.
