Zhang Yun; Meng Wanting; Gu Qiming; Han Yanling; Hong Zhonghua; Cao Yunchang; Xia Qing; Wang Wei

For preventing the effects of sea ice disaster, traditional methods for detecting sea ice have some disadvantages, such as inadequate robustness against weather and high cost of real-time detection. This paper evaluates the usage of Global Positioning System (GPS)-reflected signals for accurate real-time Earth observations to study the changes in the sea surface state through remote sensing (RS). GPS L1 signals received after reflection from Bohai Bay were analyzed for their sea-ice content. The results are in good agreement with a reflected power ratio model [the ratio of the direct right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) signals and the reflected left-handed circular polarization (LHCP) signals] and sea ice concentration. The average of the reflected power ratio on the sea ice surface (0.41) is much smaller than that on the sea water surface (2.61).

Design and implementation of GPS reflections software receiver

Han Yanling; Gu Qiming; Zhang Yun; Yang Dongkai

The paper contrast varied GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) reflections software receivers with hardware receivers. Both the architecture and the components for GPS reflections software receiver were presented including direct signals and reflections antennas, two channel RF (radio frequency) front ends, high speed A/D converter and the workstation for data processing. Principle original signal receiving and original date process was introduced. The implementation method and signal processing process of GPS reflections software receiver were elaborated on, and program flow chart and processing method of capture and track was presented. At last, we conducted sea altimetry based experiment on shore of Bohai Bay. The experimental error is within the allowable range which verify the practicality of our software receiver system.

Zhang Yun; Li Binbin; Tian Luman; Gu Qiming; Han Yanling; Hong Zhonghua

With the development of the Chinese BeiDou satellite navigation system, the applications of BeiDou reflected (BeiDou-R) signals would play a key role in Global Navigation Satellite System reflected signals. Different from other navigation systems, the BeiDou satellite navigation system has certain unique characteristics, and the Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) satellite is one of them. The aim of this letter is to prove the feasibility of coastal ocean phase altimetry using BeiDou GEO reflected signals. The coastal experiment was performed from October 18, 2014, to October 19, 2014, in Dayang Shan, Zhejiang, China. This is the first coastal ocean phase altimetry experiment using BeiDou GEO reflected signals. The phase altimetry results can invert the slope of ocean surface height variation (in time), and its highest accuracy can reach centimeter level.

Research on Process Design of Intelligent Fault Diagnosis for Complicated System

Cao Shouqi; Han Yanling; Sun Xin-min; Liu Lilan

Combining the characteristics of complicated system in the way of structure and function, such as stratify, relevance, parallel and intricacy, the paper took the diagnosis object as a whole, and from the view of responding custom request and solving the complicated tasks, researched two key technologies, including fault diagnosis process and diagnosis resource utilization. The diagnosis task decomposition mode of complicated system was exhausted. Combining the restraint relationships among the tasks, processes and activities, the activities organization process based on restraint and its solution strategy were analyzed; the paper analyzed the resource management and dispatch process based on multi-agent, and finally given the resource optimization dispatch algorithm based on target criterion of TQCS (Time, Quality, Cost and Safeness).

Multi-view Analysis on Coordinate Intelligent Diagnosis Process

Han Yanling; Cao Shouqi; Liu Lilan

Facing to the increasingly complication and intelligence of modern manufacture system, the research on coordinate intelligent diagnosis has become development trend. This paper proposed the multi-view model of coordinate intelligent diagnosis process, parsed deeply the organization and running mode of information, knowledge and intelligence in the process of intelligent diagnosis, and depicted its structure appearance. At first, the multi-view model and the mutual relationship description of coordinate intelligent diagnosis were given from the macroscopic and microcosmic facets; and then, from four sides such as structure, action, knowledge and restraint, coordinate intelligent diagnosis process was investigated, the structure view, action view, knowledge view and restraint view of coordinate intelligent diagnosis process were built from all sides and multi-angle; the coordinate and intelligent characteristic of diagnosis process were researched deeply, which established the basis for further research on related technology of coordinate intelligent diagnosis process.
