Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology which allows user to interact with the virtual environment. This virtual environment is generated and simulated by computer. This technology can make user feel the sensation when they are in the virtual environment. The VR technology provides real virtual environment view for user and it is not viewed from screen. But it needs another additional device to show the view of virtual environment. This device is known as Head Mounted Device (HMD). Oculust Rift and Microsoft Hololens are the most famous HMD devices used in VR. And in 2014, Google Card Board was introduced at Google I/O developers conference. Google Card Board is VR platform which allows user to enjoy the VR with simple and cheap way. In this research, we explore Google Card Board to develop simulation game of raising pet. The Google Card Board is used to create view for the VR environment. The view and control in VR environment is built using Unity game engine. And the simulation process is designed using Fi...

Unity Leap Motion SDK is a tool which can be an alternative way to control input and interact with computer without touching. In this research, we use leap motion controller to develop an application to learn Indonesian traditional musical instrument such as: angklung, saron, kenong and kendang. This application is named VIMi (Virtual Indonesian Musical Instrument). Leap Motion Controller itself uses motion capture to help user interact with computer. We implemented VIMi using leap motion, laptop and speaker. Leap motion was used to capture the users motion, laptop for the view of Indonesian traditional musical instrument, and speaker for the output sound. This research aims to develop an interactive learning media and introduce Indonesian traditional musical instrument.

The mall is a shopping center that contains a variety of retail stores and typically also restaurants or movie theater. Therefore, the building has large size and sometimes made people get confused to find a place or destination at the mall. The existing solution to this problem is to provide navigation in the mall such as directions, information boards, information center, or security guard who can help to guide people to their destination. This paper proposes the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) to be one of the solutions. This research aims to provide an innovative application that can navigate people trying to find a certain place at the mall. The technology of VR is used to model the Virtual Environment of Mall. Google Cardboard is used as the additional device in VR. The navigation feature is implemented using NavMesh library. This library can be used to find the shortest path to reach the destination. The result of this research shows that Google Cardboard and NavMesh can be implemented to develop an innovative technology in the virtual navigation system and it can also give another experience for the user. This research also implements the feature to reach the destination quickly by using the shortest path algorithm.

The game proposed in this paper aims to simulate an accident with the best suited first aid action for the victim in every scenario. The simulation in this game utilizes Finite State Machines (FSM) to model each first aid treatment to 10 different scenarios. The main character in this game has to give first aid treatments to anyone at the three available locations, namely at house, school, and on a street. This game was developed for desktop. The game system model has been implemented on this application and worked correctly according to its design.
