10.7 Gbit/s NRZ-signals are transmitted for the first time over 220 m of multimode 120 mum core-diameter perfluorinated graded-index polymer optical fiber using an MLSE equalizer.

Utilizing a transmission bandwidth of 2 GHz, we demonstrate 10.6-Gb/s transmission (11.9-Gb/s including overhead) over 100 m of 120-micrometer core-diameter graded-index polymer optical fibre with discrete multi-tone modulation, achieving a spectral efficiency of 5.3 bit/s/Hz.

Five-Subcarrier Multiplexed 64-QAM Transmission over a 50-μm Core Diameter Graded Index Perfluorinated Polymer Optical Fiber

We experimentally demonstrate five-subcarrier multiplexed 64-QAM transmission over a 100 m graded index perfluorinated polymer optical fiber. EVM below 3.1% was achieved at 300 Mbit/s. 12.3 Gbit/s may be reached in the 2 GHz-6 GHz passband.

We experimentally demonstrate five-subcarrier multiplexed M-QAM transmission over a 4.4 km silica multimode fibre. Low EVM was achieved and 15.26 Gbit/s throughput may be reached in the 2 GHz-6 GHz passband.
