Enhanced electro-optic spectral tuning in multi-wavelength APPLN optical parametric generator

We report the first demonstration of electro-optically tunable, multi-wavelength optical parametric generators based on domain-engineered APPLN. Several orders of magnitude enhancement on the device tuning rate over a conventional one was obtained.

Tunable, pulsed multi-wavelength intracavity optical parametric oscillator using 2D MgO:PP-APPLN

We report a tunable, pulsed multi-signal-line intracavity optical parametric oscillator based on a highly integrated 2D MgO:PP-APPLN in a Nd:YVO4 laser. >3.2-kW three signal lines with almost equal peak intensity were obtained from the system.

Spectral narrowing and manipulation in optical parametric oscillator using APPLN electro-optic polarization-mode converter

We report a unique spectral narrowing and manipulation technique in a PPLN optical parametric oscillator (OPO) using an APPLN electro-optic polarization-mode converter. Single to multiple spectral-narrowed and intensity-enhanced signal peaks were produced from this OPO.

We report a tunable optical parametric oscillator using a 2D PPLN as simultaneously an electro-optic Bragg Q-switch and an optical frequency mixer in a Nd:YVO4 laser. >;2-kW peak-power eye-safe light was obtained with this system.
