EXPERIÊNCIA E COMPETÊNCIA NO ENSINO: PISTAS DE REFLEXÕES SOBRE A NATUREZA DO SABER-ENSINAR NA PERSPECTIVA DA ERGONOMIA DO TRABALHO DOCENTE

The aim of this paper is to reflect over an emergent field of research, one which is necessary in order to understand the meaning of experience related to knowledge of teaching in teachers work, according to the perspective of ergonomic inspired by a situated learning process. In the context of the new format of the Brazilian educational policies in the field of educational reforms, this study highlights the debate over teacher education and its recent tendencies. This brings conceptual and methodological issues aimed at investigating the nature of knowledge of teaching, focusing on teaching competences in the context of knowledge in the basis of this practice.

Formação contínua de professores no diálogo entre a Universidade e a Escola: O protagonismo do PIBID

O Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciacao a Docencia- PIBID e uma iniciativa que vem ganhando visibilidade no contexto das politicas de formacao docente no Brasil desde 2007. O presente estudo objetivou refletir sobre elementos desse programa que sinalizam para a formacao continua dos professores da educacao basica e dos docentes universitarios integrados ao PIBID. Este momento da investigacao privilegiou referenciais bibliograficos e documentais para a analise dos fundamentos epistemologicos que dao suporte a proposta do PIBID. As discussoes sobre a formacao de professores partem de referencias de autores como Novoa (1995); Sacristan (1999); Libâneo (2002); Tardif (2006); Veiga (2009); Formosinho (2009) e Therrien e Nobrega-Therrien (2013). Os estudos destacam o principio da epistemologia da pratica em contexto de reflexividade critica e transformadora nas relacoes intersubjetivas da praxis formadora no cotidiano escolar, fundada na racionalidade dialogica de mediadores e aprendizes. Tais abordagens suscitam a compreensao de que e, sobretudo, na escola que a formacao docente ganha sentido. Sobre o PIBID, o estudo permitiu observar que as experiencias vivenciadas em seu âmbito possibilitam a abertura de caminhos para a consolidacao da formacao continua, sendo um espaco fecundo de desenvolvimento da reflexividade critica para os professores que o integram. De fato, o transitar de profissionais do ensino entre a universidade e a escola, munidos de instrumentos teorico-praticos sobre a educacao e a escola, pode gerar transformacoes nas concepcoes e praticas desses sujeitos. A integração das práticas de pesquisa e de ensino e a formação do profissional reflexivo

This study approaches critical reflexivity as a mediating element of the integration between research and teaching practices in the training of the education professional. Based on the parameter of research as an educational principle associated to the presupposition that involvement in research activities encourages the development of rationalities that support reflective practices, which lead the most significant and independent learning processes, this essay aims at, on the one hand, identifying “macro” theoretic schemes that may support the analysis of different knowledge types and therefore, the rationalities that affect theory-practice dynamics in education initiatives and on the other hand, finding “micro” theoretical-practical schemes for reflective training related to the practice in learning contexts. The study analyzes proposals made by reference authors, as well as educational practices that support enunciated presuppositions.
