Lacan e a toxicomania: efeitos da ciência sobre o corpo

Returning to the question of the relationship between science objects and jouissance, Jacques Lacans purpose, in this context, is to claim the drug addiction phenomenon which is present in the methodic and ordered use of several products from tranquilizers to hallucinogens. The real effect of science materializing over the body when under the use of these toxic substances, becomes the object of a hypothesis inserted in the horizon of the so called ethical dimension of jouissance. The drug addiction approach under the ethical dimension of the body jouissance is certainly conceived as an idea of private satisfaction which is different from the biological dependency peculiar to every reprehensive idea of the problem. This way of satisfaction that captivates some types of subjects is seen as an attempt to face the jouissance disturbances in the body, and when facing the inseparable body from jouissance, drug addiction could be seen as a particular plus jouissance, correlative to an operated change by the science, in the real.

Harmfulness of the autistic object to its indispensability for autism clinically in psychoanalysis

In this paper we examine the concept of the autistic object in the psychoanalytic treatment of individuals with autism. Comparison is made between the concepts of two authors, Frances Tustin and Jean-Claude Maleval, both dedicated researchers in the area. Tustin identifies the function of autistic objects in the treatment of the autistic body image. Differentiation between autism and schizophrenia is presented. Maleval enhances the perception of Tustin, by highlighting the role of dynamism in autistic objects, as a promoter of the libidinal animation of autists. The paper concludes by assessing the consequences of privileging one or another theoretical conception of the autistic object clinically.

Saber e verdade no sonho da injecao de Irma A experiencia da psicanalise, sendo a experiencia do inconsciente, foi inaugurada por Freud na busca por uma verdade desconhecida, e isso resultou em uma relacao especial com o saber. Com o desenvolvimento da psicanalise e as contribuicoes de Lacan, o inconsciente foi identificado a dimensao do saber. Com o objetivo de delinear a dimensao do saber em suas relacoes com a verdade, recorremos ao sonho da injecao de Irma. Privilegiamos a emergencia da formula da trimetilamina no sonho e cotejamos com as contribuicoes lacanianas sobre o tema, principalmente os seminarios 16 e 17. A partir do estudo foi possivel esclarecer a dimensao do saber na psicanalise como relativa ao inconsciente e em intima relacao com o gozo, e tambem situar a sua mobilizacao com base na relacao estabelecida com a verdade como causa. Knowledge and truth in the dream of Irma’s injection The experience of Psychoanalysis, being the experience of the unconscious, was inaugurated by Freud in search of a truth unknown, and this resulted in a special relationship with the knowledge. With the development of Psychoanalysis and Lacan’s contributions, the unconscious was identified with the dimension of knowledge. In order to clarify the knowledge’s dimension in its relation with truth, we have used the dream of Irma’s injection. We give preference to emergency of the trimethylamine’s formula in the dream, and equate with lacanian contributions, especially the Seminars 16 and 17. From the study it was possible clarify the dimension of knowledge in Psychoanalysis as on the unconscious and intimate relationship with the enjoyment, and also situate its mobilization from the relationship established with the truth. Saber y verdad en sueno de inyeccion de Irma La experiencia del psicoanalisis, siendo la experiencia del inconsciente, fue inaugurada por Freud en busqueda de una verdad desconocida, y esto dio lugar a una relacion especial con el saber. Con el desarrollo del psicoanalisis y las contribuciones de Lacan, el inconsciente fue identificado en la dimension del saber. Con el objetivo de delinear la dimension del saber en sus relaciones con la verdad, hemos utilizado el sueno de la inyeccion de Irma. Damos preferencia a la aparicion de la formula trimetilamina en el sueno, y cotejamos con contribuciones lacanianas sobre el tema, principalmente los Seminarios 16 y 17. Desde el estudio podria aclarar la dimension del saber en el Psicoanalisis como en el inconsciente y su intima relacion con lo gozo, y tambien situar su movilizacion a partir de la relacion establecida con la verdad.
