Network information impacting on rural education

In rural education the role of information technology is the inevitable product to adapt to the characteristics of rural education. It is also the key to expand rural education resources, to speed up reform and development of rural education. Rural education information technology helps to change the rural cultural traditions, and conducive to the construction of rural teacher teams, which will help to improve rural teaching methods and the promotion of teaching methods, teaching philosophy, course content, faculty building changes, and also helps to adjust the structure of education in rural areas and promote the expansion of rural education structure, the structural nature of the change of rural education, rural education, structured content updates.

Independent Innovation Network Teaching Platform Research

[Objective] To achieve self-learning ability and to develop innovative strategies for effective application, network learning platform is designed. The changes of learning platform in innovation learning elements and function modules are to further explore. [Methods and Process] Experimental research methods combined with functional testing; system analysis and theoretical studies are combination of research methods. [Results] The innovation of e-learning platform designed is to adhere to the principles of humanity, to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, to achieve a system of teaching and the integration of resources and management, to provide learners with a kinds of effective learning platform and how to effectively optimize student learning strategies, to achieve self-learning, collaborative learning and the combination of innovative learning purposes. [Conclusion] The innovation of e-learning platform design is based on self-learning ability to develop innovative strategies to make the practice of research and exploration, curriculum design for the network providing a useful example of network courseware and teaching platform with dual function, to ensure teaching goals, and to promote the coordinated development of the overall quality of students.

[Methods and Procedures] It is via the method of systematic analysis and theoretical research, functional development and experimental comparison as well, with a procedure of subject teaching integrating to the environments of hardware, software, resource, web-based of Information technology to establish all these inventive researches. [Results] The disciplines of information technology into the classrooms, its effectiveness will be interfered from a series of factors, such as teachers, students and the environment. It exposes the multidimensional characteristics of its richness, alternative mode, environmental openness and interactive model as well. So, to build an authentic supportive multimedia learning environment with a variety of features for the network learning environment to the creation of conditions for learning and teaching will provide good support for learners, to improve student learning motivation, thereby, promote their self-concepts and mastery of basic skills, establish a more student-centered learning process, higher input and more active processing activity ,consequently, result in higher levels of thinking and promote better recall capability. [Conclusions] Information technology can provide a wide range of disciplines to support learning, via it, the conduction to learning is a learner’s dominance reflection, which allows learners to have a greater self-acquisition and exploration of space for their individualizations and open learning styles.

[Process and method] Adopting the combining of empirical analysis with normative analysis, system analysis with statistical analysis, and actual investigation with literature research.[Results] To demonstrate the concept and connotation of network publishing, to discuss rich and colorful, blending, invariance properties of editing activities under the environment of network publishing, from the collection of information, research, planning, organizing, peer review, editing, proofreading to graphic design and other aspects, which has effect of the network publishing on editorial activities. [Conclusions] Network and multimedia technology promotes the development of editing industry, has profound effect on editing activities and challenges the editing staff.

Agricultural Information Service Evaluation System

[Objective] This paper is to study how to build an agricultural information service evaluation system from the agricultural information service evaluation goals, ideas and methods. [Processes and Methods] Empirical and normative analysis processes methods combining with literature research and actual investigation are applied. [Results] Based on the classification under the unified index structure index system theory, the use of integrated design of quantitative and qualitative analysis and design, level of analysis, synthesis evaluation methods and etc., to build agricultural information service evaluation system. [Conclusion] On the one hand, to build agricultural information evaluation system, is beneficial to run on the status of agricultural information evaluate, to monitor trends in construction, on the other hand, it can help to optimize management decisions and to guide the construction of agricultural information for decision-making basis.

Study on Cross-Cultural Communication and Cooperative Learning in Web Environment

[Aim] The thesis is mainly about the great impact of cross-cultural communication and cooperative learning in web environment on students’ foreign language level, cultural awareness, affective factors, cooperation ability and independent ability. [Methods] We carry out practical activities of cross-cultural communication and cooperative learning by means of experimental teaching, video conference, E-mail inside and outside the class and giving priority to computer aided international cultural exchange form, as en elective course. [Result] Most students are positive about cross-cultural communication and cooperative learning under web environment in developing students’ cooperation ability, independent ability, affective factors and cultural awareness(M=4.059, SD=0.732). Subjects who are convinced to totally convinced that web learning environment greatly enhanced their cooperation ability and independent ability account for 92.4% and 78.2%; subjects who greatly approve that the web environment does good to learning account for 72.4%; students who agree the web environment could improve developing positive emotion in learning account for 88.8%; and also 84.1% of subjects believe that the web environment can improve their cultural awareness in language learning. [Conclusion] Cross-cultural communication and cooperative learning in web environment offer an ideal learning environment, increase opportunities to output or input, improve their cultural awareness in language learning, encourage and support affective factors beneficial to language learning and develop consciousness and ability of self-studying and cooperation.
