In this paper, a TCM constitution clinical decision support system is introduced. The features, functions, structure and working flow of this system are discussed and illustrated in detail. This system is composed of 5 modules. They are query module, investigation construction module, investigation modification module, investigation deletion module and data analysis module respectively. The property information, constitution information and tongue feature information are collected through investigation construction module. The constitution types of the testers can be automatically recognized and the prescriptions related to specific constitutions are automatically produced. Through data analysis module, specificities and sensitivities between the specific constitutions and the tongue features can be automatically obtained. The implementation of this system is of important value and guiding function during the process of TCM clinical diagnoses and treatments.

Tongue inspection is the main content of four diagnostic methods “observation, auscultation and olfaction, interrogation, palpation” for traditional Chinese medical science. Traditional tongue inspection mainly depends on doctor’s eyesight and subjective observation to diagnose a disease. It lacks objectivity and hinders further development. It is the only tendency to use computer technology to objective and standard tongue inspection. The tongue split out from the face is the premise for tongue objective. This paper introduces a new dual-threshold segmentation algorithm for tongue image base on HIS.

In this paper, an Android application of evaluation constitution in traditional Chinese medicine is introduced for constitution evaluation and health preserving. According to requirements, the application consists of six modules including constitution type, evaluation, records, proposals, health preserving book and health preserving proposals. With the application based on Android, constitution evaluation becomes more conveniently. Moreover, health preserving proposals provide an effective method to maintain a healthy body for users with abnormal constitution.

This paper conducts a study on the design and implementation of Assessment and Intervention of Sub-health Management Information System (AISH-MIS). A Lightweight Java EE framework based on the analysis of the Struts, Hibernate and Spring is introduced. Under this framework, the intermediate tier is divided into three layers, Web layer, Service layer, PO layer. With the multitiered framework, System has better maintainability and reliability. Furthermore, this paper present the modules diagram of the system and describes eight modules architecture.

There are a lot of methods to select threshold in image processing. Because BP neural network can adapt to fixed environment, it is applied in this area in this paper. Firstly, according to the feature of image, BP neural network is constructed. The input items of network are the features of image. The mean value and variance of gray in the image is the important features of image, so two input items can be chosen. The output items are the values of threshold. If one threshold is chosen, one output item can be chosen. In some condition, two thresholds should be set, then two output items would be chosen. In order to overcome the shortcomings of BP neural network, it should be improved by certain momentum which is used to avoid local minimums. In order to speed the training of the network, adaptive learning rate should be used, too. The BP neural network establishes the relationship between the features of image and the threshold. After training, the network can select suitable threshold for images in fixed environment. Some practical images are used to prove its good effect.

Explore the relationship between chemical components of complex prescription and blood flow of the ileus rats, and predict the best compatibility. Method: first of all, experimental design. with reference to the original formula, the herbal medicines in a prescription include Rhubarb, Mangnolia officinalis, immature bitter orange, mirabilite designed nine formula based on Mixing uniform design, obtain chemical components of complex prescription and intestinal blood flow data; Secondly, explore important variables and interaction affect the information; The third, mathematical modelling. Finally, the target optimization. Results: there are interactions in the chemical components of complex prescription, and have the best compatibility. Conclusion: conjunctive use correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, orthogonal partial least square analysis, Partial least-squares Regression, Optimal Method to study the compatibility of the dachengqi decoction is feasible and effective.

Characterization of tongue diagnosis is one of important content of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Tongue image is acquired by camera. Then OpenCV, which is the tool for analyzing image, is used to process tongue image in the environment of Visual C++. Firstly, by some algorithms OpenCV is used to make color tongue image into gray image, and gray image into binary image. Then algorithms are used to extracts tongue target. From the tongue target, some features are extracted. These features combining with traditional Chinese medicine, diagnosis can be given.

Metabolomics is a good means for analyze Traditional Chinese Medicine efficacy. The paper purpose a methods to deal with the Metabolomics data, and analyze the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on OSC-OPLS/O2PLS-DA. The method was proved to be feasible and effective after tested the data which hot natures treat the cold syndrome.

The article analyzed the old tongue deviation analysis method and introduced a new tongue deviation analysis method with auto-correction aiming at the shortcomings in the old method. This method overcomes the shortcoming that the old method utilized area symmetry to extract central axis and we utilizes the method of shape symmetry analysis to improve the accuracy. In comparison experiment, this method is more accurate than the old one and its efficiency is higher than the old one.

Traditional Chinese Medicine have the secret is dosage,the Traditional Chinese Medical clinical therapeutic effect key is prescription’ dosage. A majority of Chinese medicinal herbs are generally crude plants with fairly moderate nature and a relative wide-safety range of dosage,their doses may not be used so strictly as those of chemicals, but must within the limitation. The Traditional Chinese Medical dosage is yet affected by the follwing factors:properties of medicinal herbs,compatibility and formulation,the condition of illness,the patients’ physique and age,methods of decocting chinese medicinal herbs,methods of taking chinese medicinal,and etc. After exclude these factors, analyze the relationship between TCM prescription’ dosage and pharmacodynamic effect be of great signifiance.In this work, explore how to analyze the relationship between TCM prescription’ dosage and pharmacodynamic effect is a major goal. The paper put forward analyze the relationship between TCM prescription’ dosage and pharmacodynamic effect based on Uniform Design and regression method, It was proved to be feasible and effective after tested.
