Análise da instrumentação da ação pública a partir da teoria do ator-rede: tecnologia social e a educação no campo em Rondônia

This article discusses the use of social technologies for the instrumentation of public action and the adoption of actor-network theory as support for relational analysis. In order that, a qualitative case study was carried out to analyze the adoption of pedagogy of alternation as an instrument for rural education policy in the state of Rondonia, Brazil. It was found that, although the state government wanted to define a standard model, the instrumentation of rural education was translated differently in different regions of the state, through public action that involved a broad actor-network. Concluding that, as a result of these multiple and different forms of sociotechnical instrumentation of public action, there is a greater demand for the opening of government actors to the relational dynamics of the process of construction of public policies.

Entre a simplificação e a complexidade, a heterogeneidade: Teoria Ator-Rede e uma nova

This article discusses and reflects on the relevance of considering mediation as focus of analysis of heterogeneity in the Actor Network Theory (ANT) when it comes to organizational studies, comparing it with two paradigmatic perspectives much discussed today - simplification and complexity. Therefore, it initially deals with the modern paradigm crisis, showing the transition of this paradigm to the paradigm of complexity and places organizational studies in this new paradigm. Then, the study synthetically shows the historical path of heterogeneity, and then shows how this is conceptualized in ANT as an epistemological possibility to organizational studies. Finally, it highlights some considerations about mediation as focus of analysis of heterogeneity in ANT. The main argument is that from the heterogeneous analysis of the social, natural and technological factors interrelated in what ANT calls “actors networks”, it is possible to overcome, in organizational studies, the circularity in which the modern paradigms of simplification and complexity are inserted. This is because the heterogeneity, the way proposed in the context of simplification and complexity, consists mainly of static conceptions of reality and ANT, heterogeneity is primarily relational, it is the flow of collectives and the ways they behave, whether they are performing simple, complex, ordered or fluid activities. From these reflections, the article is based, epistemologically, on the heterogeneity assumptions of ANT as a lens of analysis relevant to understanding the organizational phenomena.

EXERCÍCIO DE DESCONSTRUÇÃO DOS PRESSUPOSTOS CONCEITUAIS DA COMPETITIVIDADE ORGANIZACIONAL

Neste ensaio, intencionamos desconstruir, a luz dos binarios competicao/cooperacao, mercado/sociedade e humanizacao/desumanizacao no ambiente de trabalho, alguns pressupostos teoricos do construto competitividade organizacional. Para tanto, lancamos mao de argumentos de autores criticos organizacionais. Constatamos que o referido construto apresenta distorcoes em seu arcabouco teorico, principalmente se levarmos em conta que os processos de gestao das organizacoes devem ter como um dos seus objetivos a equidade socioeconomica. Com isso, entendemos que ao supervalorizar a dimensao economica, a rapidez dos processos, a minimizacao dos custos, dentre outros fatores, a competitividade acaba por contribuir diretamente para a desumanizacao no ambiente de trabalho.
