The aims is support the need for an act of the universities with social and environmental responsibility where University comprehensive education is important. In particular, that today more than ever, in a context of globalization and environmental degradation, social inequality, the University (in this case, the territorial studies) must be able form and act in the complex articulation between scientics-ethics - politician-environmental. This is radically questioning the traditional ways of current training characterized by disciplinary fragmentation, contained ethical deficiency, the privilege to individualism and the lack of interest in the social and environmental problems prevailing, how to act consistently. The deal with territorial curriculum in Mexico, noting the lack of recognition and importance attached to the comprehensive training that could contribute to a social and environmental responsibility.
