In these days in foundry branch there is a rapid development of sectors of special casting technology with the aim to increase the quality and the efficiency of pressure casting production.. Internal homogeneity of pressure casting, characterized by the extent of porosity can be affected by the setup of technological parameters of pressure casting and last but not least by vacuuming the molds, that means to exhaust air and gases from the mold cavity. Contribution is specifically aimed on the analyzing the impact of degassing pressure molds on the porosity of pressure casting.

Production of components, necessary for the construction of the machine resp. or device is a demanding manufacturing process. One of the possibilities of increasing efficiency and production quality is the introduction of unconventional technologies to the production process. Knowing the dependence of the impact of non-conventional technologies on the mechanical properties of products and their subsequent verification is an important aspect when designing and manufacturing them. The article deals with the impact of used unconventional technology, that means laser, plasma and water jet on the roughness of a cutting edge and microhardness of material S 355 J2 G3.

The presented paper deals with the alternative of determination of state of new belt types of the belt gear in case of a designed device. The developing and structural-design stage, during which realization of a testing device was performed with Autodesk Inventor program, was followed by a production technology design. An electric motor serves as a device drive and belt gear with the other electric motor representing a system load factor. The frequency converters diagnosed by the software intended for the purpose drive both motors. Through a simple adjustment of the designed device, diverse types and dimensions of the belts and belt pulleys can be changed. Monitoring and diagnostics of the tracked parameters was performed by the sensors fixed in the positions prescribed in advance. All the parameters can be assessed by a PC.

The present paper deals with the efficient use of new technologies boreholes will use thermal drilling Flowdrill. Analyze the state and qualities of the material before and after using drilling. Evaluate and recommend their potential customers in order to decide on the basis of the results obtained, productivity and quality requirements. In conclusion, the determination of the possible applications of the technology in practice after changing the properties of the material around the hole.

The submitted paper deals with analyses of impact of water jet technology head vibrations due to variations of kinds and granularity of abrasive during steel cutting manufacturing process using AWJ technology. The paper points at necessity to diagnose and subsequently eliminate possible sources of adversed vibrations. They can influence lifetime and wear of water jet technology head, they can lower reliability as well as cutting edge quality.

The submitted paper deals with an analysis of geometric deviations, reasons of their generation and provides their brief description. It points at ways and abilities of measuring shape deviations by means of contact and contactless measuring methods and deals with errors which can affect results of measuring. The papers also says about practical measuring geometrical deviations by commonly used tools. It evaluates and analyses ability of measuring by various devices. It shows a review of individual measured values and thus provides a view of efficiency, simplicity and accuracy of individual measuring methods and measuring devices.

The submitted paper presents a technical system for vibration measuring, processing and evaluating The technical system is presented as a part of a survey which main goal was to find out an influence of working conditions on creation and extend of vibration within production systems. The work introduces a demonstrational example of measured, processed and evaluated data of an experiment where parametres of vibrations, which were created due to water jet technological head parametres changes, were scanned.

The article contains sub-results from analyses of processes in thermodiagnostics. In this paper we give examples of the response simulation model of thermal processes on the step pulse. It describes a method of applying diagnostics in machine production. The paper describes a method of prediction values of consistently transient events that can be described by a mathematical function. This article focuses on thermal process. This gives some reasonable time to take an appropriate control plot in the desired values of variables borders. The article contains results of the simulation and plot comparison of simulation results with the measured value.
