The outdoor experience game could help learner to learn the course knowledge by interact with real world learning activities. In this paper, we proposed the web based outdoor experience game-based learning system by using the Geography Information System (GIS), Global Position System (GPS), wireless and mobile technologies. The outdoor game-based learning system could help learner and instructor easily to learn/develop the learning content/related environment setting.

Respecting related technologies within e-learning domain, the use of learning management system (LMS) has been considered as the most important and essential component. LMS can manage the curriculum learning content, learners learning profile and learning process. However it lacks suitable study assistance functions and personalized interface. Accordingly LMS is hard to promote and to be utilized by learners. This paper proposed an integrated framework which combined the personal learning blog functionalities to LMS by using the tools interoperability (TI) architecture in order to develop the suitable learning functionalities and interface in LMS for learners. And we hope the TI-based blog functionalities which can be utilized by other LMS in order to improve the LMS utility rate and to prove the feasibility of TI-based blog system.

Due to the advanced computer and network technologies, it could be helpful to conduct an advanced distance learning system for learners to process their learning activities in anytime and anywhere. However, according to many research issues which found that the learning motivation is the most important element to encourage people into their learning and assessment activities. In this paper, we proposed the 2D Adventure Game-Based Assessment System which not only could draw people into their learning activities, but could help instructors easily to design and manage the related learning and assessment content.

E-learning nowadays is getting more and more popular along with the improvement of advanced ubiquitous technologies and wireless network. One obvious example is the outdoor experience learning. The outdoor experience game could help learners to learn the course knowledge by interacting with real-life learning activities. In this paper, we proposed a web-based outdoor experience game-based learning system by integrating the Geography Information System (GIS), Global Position System (GPS) and wireless connection technologies. Both learners and instructors could easily utilize the proposed system functionalities to learn/design the related outdoor experience course content.

E-learning becomes more and more popular and fantasy in the teaching/learning. Thus far, more and more researches and discussions are proposed to make it possible to realize the game-based learning environments and styles. In order to attract learners in GBL, learning activity often has fantastic characteristics and glorious treasure. And most of them were based on 3D or Flash animation technologies. However, the learning materials of such game-based learning are hard to create by common users. In this paper, we took a further step to integrate interactive video technology with gaming to develop a Video Game-Based Learning (V-GBL) development prototype which adapt SCORM compliant video material.

The advances in information technology have brought a digital learning world to us. However, there are still people far away from the digital learning world. In this paper, we would like to construct an integrated game-based learning environment which allows learners to learn by game playing in order to improve learnerspsila learning motivation and learning efficiency. We will introduce some significant subsystems, such as a cutting edge authoring tool and related system elements, with possible learning scenario to serve the goal. Furthermore, in order to make the U-GBL (ubiquitous game-based learning) environment more interesting and practical, we utilize the interactive video courses as the game missions, the ubiquitous multimedia based on GPS/GIS/RFID technologies for the location-based information, and mainly, the learners themselves as the gamers. Eventually, we hope learners could enjoy their learning activities anytime anywhere by using our proposed U-GBL system.
