The expansion of wireless communication networks based on the development of diverse device technologies can promote an environment in which smart phones, tablet PCs, cars can be collaboratively communicated with each other anytime and anywhere. To meet such future expectations, communication is growing in order to enhance various possible interactions between smart devices. In the future, we may use truly immersive ways, which may be virtually indistinguishable from face-to-face meetings, to communicate with other people at a distance [1]. Whilst we develop communication technologies toward that vision, the interface between users and communication devices/systems needs to be advanced. In this paper, we discuss human-communication from the perspective of computers that can proactively learn and know about users. In other words, we want computers of communication system and devices that are well aware of users [2]. Therefore, we propose new models and systematic ways to design and implement the user- and situation-aware communication [3].

Communicating information through electrical mobile devices solely relies on static functions provided by the mobile devices. For example, when a caller uses the call function on a mobile device, the other caller at the receiving side has only two static functions to execute namely reject or answer. Under most of communication environment, the caller does not recognize the receiver’s current context. In this paper, we propose SCS (Situation-aware based on Communication Service) platform to provide an appropriate method to express useful information based on user context like speak-able, read-able, gesture-able situations through mobile devices. In addition, the proposed method enables automatic configuration of personal preference and device attributes and living environment conditions reflecting current situation awareness [1].

Today, communication technology is accelerating development of network-connected services. As we observed for the past decades years, communication devices, communication network, and software have been developed and advanced to help people to communicate by putting more choices and more functions in front of us. But for developers, device management is becoming more complex. There are various network services to be handled such as 3G, Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct but data transfer APIs provided by different operation systems have many inconvenient constraints to use in a service. ISP (Interaction Sharing Platform) is a middleware network framework to overcome difficult network communications. ISP facilitates communications between devices in a network through Device management, Connection management and several other components.
