Analysis of Seasonal Trend in Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Consumption in Japan.

家計調査年報(1975-1995年)を資料とし,経験ベイズ型平滑化法等を用いて,野菜・果物消費の季節性変化を解析した.前回の解析結果(1963-1984年)と比べると,野菜消費は周年化傾向が明確に鈍化したのに対し,果物消費は全体として周年化が顕在化していた.果物消費の周年化は,特に季節性の高い.もも,かき,なしがいずれも周年化となったのに象徴的に表れていた.さらに,野菜は,だいこん,はくさい,トマト.果物は,みかん,りんご,なしを取り上げ,季節性変化の特徴と要因を考察した.
