Abstract The stereochemistries of two new compounds isolated from the self-pollinated oils of Mentha rotundifolia were elucidated to be (1S:2S:3R:4R)-(-)-1,2-epoxyisomenthyl acetate and (1S:2S:3S:4R)-(-)-1,2-epoxyneoisomenthyl acetate.
