Psicologia organizacional e do trabalho - retrato da produção científica na última década

Resumo: As praticas de Psicologia organizacional e do trabalho (POT) ocupam um importante espaco no contexto da profissao e justificam a necessidade de esforcos investigativos para o conhecimento de seu estado atual. Assim sendo, investigou-se a producao cientifica nessa area, publicada em periodicos nacionais de 1998 a marco de 2009, disponivel nas bases de dados Scielo, Pepsic e Lilacs. As palavras-chave utilizadas na pesquisa inicial foram: Psicologia organizacional, Psicologia do trabalho e Psicologia no trabalho, tendo sido selecionados 619 artigos. Apos leitura dos resumos, foram identificados 116 artigos que correspondiam a proposta e que foram analisados quanto ao periodico publicado, ao ano de publicacao, ao numero de autores, a tematica e aos tipos de delineamento, estudo, analise e pesquisa. Entre os resultados obtidos, pode-se observar um aumento significativo no numero de publicacoes anuais, sendo que a tematica com o maior numero de publicacoes foi trabalho e saude. E possivel afirmar tambem que a analise delineia o desenvolvimento de uma area e suas especificidades de estudos, ajudando a evidenciar a expansao e a qualidade da producao cientifica bem como novos campos para investigacao. Applied Psycho.Resumen: El presente articulo tiene como objeto discutir las implicaciones del metodo en la produccion de la verdad en Psicologia por medio del concepto de analisis tal como formulado por el Analisis Institucional del Discurso. Para tanto, se elabora una reflexion que parte de la concepcion foucaultiana de discurso hacia las nociones de institucion, sujeto y analisis con las cuales se trabaja en la perspectiva propuesta. Desarrollada por Marlene Guirado, el Analisis Institucional del Discurso se establece como una organizacion de ideas que torna viable una analitica de la subjetividad, en la cual el papel desempenado por el propio metodo pasa a ser considerado en la produccion de las verdades que formula. Consideracion posibilitada por un analisis que, en diferenciacion de una interpretacion, interroga los modos de produccion del discurso (y de las verdades en el establecidas), en lugar de su significacion; tarea intermediada por el analisis de las condiciones de posibilidad de enunciacion y de subjetivacion en un dado contexto. Desde donde se propone una practica en Psicologia que reconozca el caracter de produccion artificial, en contraposicion al de descubrimiento natural, de la verdad.Palabras clave: Investigacion cientifica. Avaliação do sistema de treinamento e desenvolvimento em empresas paulistas de médio e grande porte

Atualmente a aprendizagem no trabalho vem sendo cada vez mais relevante, fato que leva ao investimento em treinamento. O presente trabalho objetivou avaliar este sistema e para tanto participaram 300 empresas do Estado de Sao Paulo com mais de 100 funcionarios. Os instrumentos, enviados por correio, foram devolvidos em ate 60 dias. Os resultados indicam pouco controle dos gastos em Treinamento, visto que 44,67% das empresas nao tem conhecimento do valor investido nesta area. 70,33% das organizacoes relatam analisar sistematicamente as necessidades de Treinamento, enquanto 73,67% controlam a eficiencia do mesmo. A maneira de controle mais utilizada e o feedback informal (50,33%). As futuras necessidades de Treinamento se encontram nas areas de administracao de negocios e estrategia (12,22%) e de gerenciamento de pessoal e supervisao (11,78%). Apesar de muitas empresas detectarem a necessidade da aprendizagem de novas habilidades, os recursos investidos em Treinamento ainda sao pouco sistematizados e requerem maior atencao.

Construção de uma escala de empregabilidade: definições e variáveis psicológicas

Employability may be understood as a combination of competence, skills and psychological variables used to get and to keep a job. This survey presents a number of results obtained from the construction of an Employability Scale which brought together several psychological variables related to the subject. The sample comprised 628 university students, of both sexes, attending Administration, Engineering and Psychology courses in public and private institutions in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The scale consisted initially of 88 items related to 11 factors/variables, applied collectively on a Likert four-point scale. The results led to a redefinition of the scale, resulting in 57 items arranged in four factors/variables called efficacy of search; difficulty of search; optimism; responsibility/decision. The statistical values were sufficient to confirm its reliability and to recommend it for future research.

Análise do clima organizacional do curso de psicologia de uma universidade comunitária

The study of the organizational climate is an important tool for diagnosis and understanding of organizations, supplying subsidies to future improvements. This work aimed to measure the climate organizational according to Psychology teachers’ opinion in an university of Sao Paulo State. The sample consisted in 20 subjects from Psychology course, selected in an equiprobabilistic way. Three instruments were used: A Questionnaire of Identification, the Organizational Climate Questionnaire of Kolb and the Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire - OCDQ (Forms IV). The results showed that the role of the direction exercises influence in the teachers’ perception. The teachers evaluated the Psychology climate’ as paternal-controlled and they showed high level of dissatisfaction.
