Projekt stworzono z wykorzystaniem obliczeń matematycznych i w środowisku CAD. W artykule przytoczono podstawowe obliczenia wytrzymałościowe konstrukcji urządzenia. Opracowanie modelu 3D i analiza konstrukcji kanału glebowego

The design and the analysis of the soil channel structure used to test the wear of working machine elements in the ground was presented. The assumptions that should be fulfilled by the soil channel and its 3D model were determined. MES analysis of the model showed that the soil channel elements fulfill the strength condition and the resulting stresses are reduced more than three times the permissible stress. In addition, it was found that displacements of structures in the X-axis may cause damage of the soil channel, so an additional reinforcement in the form of a beam will be attached to the actual object.
