So, company needs a system in order to improve good relationship with customers, and storage goods could be more effective and efficient. In this research, the application process begins with the design to the implementation of the system. Designs are made include the manufacture of DFD and ERD. Application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management that have been implemented to make the buying and storage of goods in PD. Cemara Sewu become more organized, well-structured and have relationship with customers. The application of this system has been created with features that have been planned and tailored to the needs of previously so customer have loyalty to company and reports of sales, card stock and forecasting from the application are accurately, because have the same result with manual calculations. Based on the evaluation, 85% of users said that the features in the application made is considered good and in accordance with company needs.

This paper presents a classifier combination to solve telegraphese restoration problem. By implementing more than one classifier, it can support other classifier, and finally it can improve the performance. Using supplied development data, training data and testing data, the best model had an accuracy F = 79 %.

Alphanumerical password is the password scheme that obligates the users to enter characters as their password. In spite of its popularity, alphanumerical password usually can be cracked easily when it is used by novice users. Since these users usually type their password slowly, unauthorized person can get the password easily by observing the movement of the users’ finger as they entering the password. A graphical password is proposed to replace the alphanumerical password. From the experiment it can be shown that none of users graphical password can be cracked, meanwhile 80% of the users’ alphanumerical password can be cracked by the researcher. However in average, users need only 4.68 seconds to enter the password in alphanumerical password scheme, meanwhile in graphical password scheme it takes about 39.06 seconds. Hence password entry in the graphical password scheme needs about 8 times longer than in alphanumerical password. Based on this fact, the graphical password may still be considered to be used in applications that do not need a rapid password entry and the system security is becoming the main issue.

The improving performance of inference engine in expert system has become an important research in recent years; as it is not realistic to search through all production rules during each cycle using an exhaustive search. Expert systems with a large set of rules can be slow, and maybe not suitable for real-time application. In this paper, new algorithm for forward chaining and backward chaining in inference engine is proposed. This algorithm accommodates balanced binary searched tree and binary tree sort that have good performance in large database. Moreover, this new inference engine is more certain as well. Displaying image and other supporting materials as the answer is facilitated.
