The problem of robust stabilization of time-delay nonlinear systems with Markovian jump with a triangular structure is studied. Based on backstepping method, we prove that the closed system is almost surely asymptotically stable and the controller and the associated Lyapunov function is independent of the generator of the Markov process.

Smart meter reading system is the core of advanced metering infrastructure for Smart Grid. Wireless sensor network is an important means to realize the power information collection. Based on hierarchical strategy, this article proposed a method to establish routing in wireless smart meter reading system. This method provides reliable two-way communication routing, but also greatly reduces the collision probability of network communications. In order to verify the feasibility of the approach, a large number of simulation experiments were carried out. This idea has been applied in actual engineering practice.

Based on the rapid development of communication technology and a large area of the base station of the public network being laid, which prompting the data transmission device development that base on the GPRS wireless network. This paper describes the hardware design of a data transmission device which based on GPRS mobile communication technology. Extended remote data transmission via GPRS mobile communication technology applications, and has broad application prospects.

Wireless meter reading based on a combination of WIA wireless network technology and 4G wireless network technology is proposed. Data can be collected and transferred to the background processing center timely and accurate. The article describes WIA wireless network hardware design and software design process. Greatly saving cost of laying communication lines due to using the wireless communication. The system operation is reliable and stable in the practical application. It has low maintenance costs. This system is suitable for meter reading in the neighborhood.
