Trabalho Pedagógico na Escola: do que se fala?

O artigo apresenta uma explicacao para a categoria trabalho pedagogico, considerando-a fundamental na descricao de qual e e como acontece o trabalho dos professores, e resgata sentidos desse trabalho na escola. O estudo assentou-se em principios da analise dialetica, incluindo pesquisa bibliografica e sistematizacao dos dados com analise de conteudo e elaboracao de argumentos. Partiu-se dos sentidos de trabalho pedagogico, distinguindo-os e mostrando preponderância em relacao a sinonimos. Relacionou-se ao trabalho dos professores, apresentando modos discursivos com os quais e possivel descrever concepcoes da categoria na escola. Sugere-se que trabalho pedagogico e trabalho dos professores quando, na escola, ha espacos e tempos para a producao de conhecimento em movimentos dialeticos entre o projeto pedagogico individual dos professores e o projeto pedagogico institucional, constituindo a praxis pedagogica.

Os cidadãos-professores e a formação para a cidadania na construção de escolas democráticas

The present article argues the formation for the citizenship in state public schools of Santa Catarina, with focus in the performance of the citizen-professors and the Instances of Democratic School Management (IGEDs). It deals with the historical estimated ones and legal of the democratic school, it approaches the conditions of formation of the citizens and until arriving ahead at the paper of the citizen-professors of the construction of democratic schools. The data proceed fromresearch developed in the Course of Specialization in Educational Management of the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria/UAB. From the questioning of seventeen professors, salient that the main citizen professors little participate of the IGEDs - School Advice and the Association of Parents and Professors which do not function as nuclei of formation for the citizenship. Soou, the experience of construction of democratic schools needs bigger persistence and stimulation to the direct participation, either of the professors, either of the community as a whole. Ser ou "não ser" professora/professor? Eis uma questão em busca de respostas

Para este texto, foram analisados tres excertos recorrentes nos discursos de noventa e oito professores da regiao central do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que participaram de uma entrevista, em que os interlocutores responderam a questoes sobre qual e e como se caracteriza o seu trabalho. Categorizados os argumentos e analisados com base, principalmente, na obra de Lukacsiana, esteve-se em busca de um entendimento mais aprofundado de uma recorrente resposta que reiterava que o trabalho e “ser professora/ser professor”, aplicada como modo acabado da profissao do qual resulta um ser, diga-se, por percepcao semântica, completo, enquanto se acredita haver um continuo movimento de fazer-se para ser, pois o ser social produz-se cotidianamente. Com base na categoria trabalho, Lukacs propos um entendimento do ser social, explicando-o a partir do trabalho. Busca-se, entao, neste texto, um entendimento do ser social, explicando-o a partir do trabalho, considerando aspectos expressos por essa evidenciacao do verbo “ser” com possibilidade de um carater ontologico.

Os sentidos de trabalho e de escola nos discursos de professores

Este estudo analisa sentidos de escola nos discursos de professores de uma escola publica. Assim, descricoes e interpretacoes subjetivas das experiencias de trabalho e de vida assumem lugar central na analise, tendo como referencia a abordagem construcionista da Psicologia Social. Para a producao dos dados, foi aplicada entrevista biografica. Para a analise dos dados, sistematizaram-se eixos tematicos que revelaram a associacao desses sentidos, interligados em rede, vinculando o trabalho a producao de conhecimentos, a socializacao com seus estudantes e demais professores, considerando a ascensao social, na medida em que entendem que seu trabalho se reflete socialmente. TRABALHO DE PROFESSORES NA ESCOLA COMO PRÁXIS PEDAGÓGICA

Este texto aborda os aspectos teorico-metodologicos que orientam pesquisa, realizada no municipio de Santa Maria, que analisa como acontece no espaco e no tempo escolar, o trabalho pedagogico de professores da Educacao Basica, especialmente licenciados em Educacao Fisica e em Pedagogia. Descreve-se os recortes tematicos, os aspectos teoricos e, em consonância, os elementos metodologicos escolhidos para o projeto, sistematizando a fase inicial da pesquisa, ao mesmo tempo em que transcorre a producao de dados na escola. Em consequencia dessas escolhas metodologicas objetiva-se ainda, problematizar o trabalho pedagogico como praxis pedagogica.

A relação trabalho-educação no organização do trabalho pedagógico da escola capitalista

This paper analyzes the relationship between work and education in project of human training in capitalist schools, taking as phenomenon of study the organization of educational work, that is, relations and processes that are established between the subjects of the school (teachers and students) and knowledge seized by them during school life. Therefore, the text was organized in two parts: the first deals with the relationship between work and education as a characteristic phenomenon of the human being, whose historic features cleave the relationship of the work and, as a result, their educational processes; the second part deals with the organization of educational work in capitalist schools, in which we noted that the two main categories of meaning that impart training of the students in the school are employability and discipline to the productive sphere.

A gestão democrática nas escolas públicas de Santa Catarina

The presence of the democracy in the Public Net of Education Catarinense has its expression in the construction of democratic schools, that if characterize for the democratic management, decentralization and the participation of the community as factors of this process, that have base also in the mechanisms of participation. These have, in the Instances of Democratic Pertaining to school Management (IGEDs), spaces to be busy for all the segments of the pertaining to school community in order to make possible the debate around the construction in set of the pedagogical project of the school and to promote the opening democratic of the catarinense public school. In this, the professors are part-key. Therefore, its participation in the construction of the democratic school was investigated, well as the structure of management of the schools, included the IGEDs. It was treated to collect elements to elaborate a panorama of the democratic management. The data of the research had come from the questioning of twenty professors of the nine schools. Salient that the IGEDs contributed few with the democratic pertaining to school management because present as appendices of the direction. Considering that the restrictions to the participation, debate and dialogue reveal not much develop for public schools, concluded that the continuity of the construction of democratic schools is a challenge that requires the valuation of the IGEDs and the persistence in the search for the right of deciding the way of the education.
