Die basenkatalysierte Alkoholyse von 3-Dicyanmethylen(-1-hydroxy)oxindolen 1 fuhrt zu den 4-Alkoxycarbonyl-2-amino-3-cyanchinolin(-1-oxid)en 3b bzw. 15a, b. Diese liefern mit Isocyanaten durch 1 : 1-Addition acyclische Harnstoffe 3c–g, Pyrimidochinolin(-1-oxid)e 8, 9 bzw. 20, 23 und (Oxadiazolo)pyrrolopyrimidochinoline 11 bzw. 25, 26; uber die 2 : 1-Addukte 10, 19 dagegen werden S-Triazinochinoline 13 bzw. ein Oxadiazolochinolin 18 gebildet. Die Synthese von 18 wird auf die Pyridin-Reihe erweitert (29). Durch Ringumlagerung von 3-Dicyanmethylen-1-hydroxyoxindol (1d) mit Isocyanaten werden die 2-Amino-4-dicyanmethylen(oxo)-3,4-dihydrochinazoline 34 und 35 zuganglich. The synthesis of 18 was extended to the pyridene series (29). 3-Dicyanomethylene-1-hydroxyoxindole (1d) rearranges with isocyanates to 2-amino-4-dicyanomethylene(oxo)-3,4-dihydroquinazolines 34, 35.
