Características de carcaça e composição da carne de cordeiros terminados em confinamento com dietas com diferentes níveis de energia

The objective of this study was to evaluate the characteristics of the carcass, tissue composition in the section between 9th and 11th ribs, centesimal composition of Longissimus dorsi muscle and the proportion of the non-carcass components of non-castrated male lambs, fed in feedlot with diets containing 1.49, 1.55, 1.62 and 1.68 Mcal of net energy/kg of dry matter. Diets were composed by corn silage as the roughage and the concentrate was composed by a commercial ration and the energetic supplement Lacto Plus®. It was used sixteen non-castrated male lambs, weaned at 74 ± 18 days of age and slaughtered when they completed 84 days of feedlot. A completely ramdomized design was used, with four levels of energy, each one with four replicates. The percentage of leg linearly decreased while the percentage of rib linearly increased as the level of energy in the diet of the lambs improved. There was a linear decrease in the proportion of muscle and linear increase in the proportion of fat according to the level of energy in the diet. The centesimal composition of Longissimus dorsi muscle was not influenced by the level of energy of the diet. The percentages of blood and internal and kidney fat increased linearly while the percentages of full viscera and gastrointestinal content decreased linearly with the increase in energy level in the diets. Increasing levels of net energy in the diet of lambs in feedlot promotes reduction in the proportion of leg and increase the proportion of rib. Additionaly, it promotes an increase in proportion of fat and it reduces the proportion of muscle in the section between the 9th and 11th ribs.

Vídeos do YouTube: uma análise composicional

O escopo desta pesquisa e identificar os recursos semioticos empregados nos videos que abordam conceitos sobre a Educacao do Campo no canal YouTube, por meio de uma analise composicional. Foram mapeados cinco canais mais acessados sobre a tematica voltado ao publico brasileiro e selecionado um video popular de cada canal para a analise. No que tange a Educacao do Campo os videos se mostram elucidativos, criativos e interativos; alem de proporcionarem informacoes reais do que e a Educacao do Campo, seus conceitos e desafios. Vindo a contemplar educadores e educandos sobre o verdadeiro sentido de troca de saberes.

Políticas Públicas Educacionais e o uso das Tecnologias no Atendimento Educacional Especializado

Busca-se a partir de um ensaio teorico exploratorio evidenciar a presenca das novas Tecnologias, mediante o aporte teorico de politicas publicas, que fomentam e problematizam a necessidade destas dentro das escolas, em vista de analisar seu uso no avanco da inclusao e adaptacao dos alunos com deficiencia. No limiar desta discussao, o papel do educador frente ao uso dos aparatos tecnologicos em sala de aula precisa ser problematizado, pois, a este profissional e necessario fornecer formacao adequada as novas tecnologias. A partir disso, enfoca-se na problematizacao e reflexao acerca da inclusao digital em sala de aula.

O LÚDICO NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA NA CAPACITAÇÃO EM TIC

O trabalho foi desenvolvido na rede basica de ensino dos municipios de Alegria/RS, Independencia/RS e Inhacora/RS com o objetivo de capacitar professores em Tecnologias de Informacao e Comunicacao, mediadas pelas atividades ludicas. A pesquisa adotada foi a qualitativa, seguindo a dinâmica dos tres momentos pedagogicos: problematizacao, organizacao e aplicacao do conhecimento. Quanto ao objetivo, e uma pesquisa exploratoria. A capacitacao em Tecnologias de Informacao e Comunicacao – TIC e parte complementar do programa de extensao PROIPE – Programa de Inovacao Pedagogica, vinculado ao Departamento de Educacao Agricola e Extensao Rural da UFSM. Conclui-se que o uso dos mediadores pedagogicos atividades ludicas favoreceram a capacitacao em TIC. Os professores apresentaram no seminario final o produto das capacitacoes. As atividades ludicas possibilitaram a aproximacao entre os envolvidos no processo de formacao, reduziram o medo do novo e do tecnologico, criando, nas capacitacoes em TIC, um vinculo de confianca e de seguranca no fazer pratico.

AUDIOBOOKS COMO FERRAMENTA PEDAGÓGICA NA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA DE DEFICIENTES VISUAIS

A inclusao escolar pressupoe mais do que o direito a vaga em uma instituicao de ensino regular, engloba o direito do aluno de obter alternativas pedagogicas diversas, de acordo com suas especificidades, que auxiliem no processo ensino-aprendizagem tornando-o sujeito na construcao do seu saber. Pensando nas dificuldades dos alunos deficientes visuais que estao incluidos na escola regular e atraves de pesquisa, verificou-se o acesso restrito destes as obras literarias. Assim, os alunos do curso Tecnico em Publicidade do Instituto Estadual Visconde de Cairu, de Santa Rosa, Rio Grande do Sul, formaram um grupo de estudo com o intuito de encontrar alternativas para preenchimento dessa lacuna. Surgiu a ideia de desenvolver livros falados a partir dos contos e historias infantis, surgindo assim o Projeto Audiobooks. Ao longo deste foram feitas anotacoes, diarios de campo e recolhidos materiais, para que cada etapa fosse devidamente documentada. O presente estudo busca apresentar o processo de desenvolvimento do Projeto Audiobooks, desde sua concepcao inicial ate a distribuicao do material as escolas envolvidas. Espera-se fornecer subsidios para que projetos semelhantes sejam produzidos ou para que novas alternativas pedagogicas sejam pensadas, beneficiando os alunos especiais e contribuindo para a construcao de um saber efetivo e da cidadania

The concepts and practices of communication in Brazil are intrinsically linked to the development process of agricultural extension in the country. To develop this paper the methodology adopted was to review the literature procedure, having as base the theory of Freire, Bordenave, Callou, Tauk Santos, Cimadevilla authors, among others, analyzed through articles, books and academic texts, with the aim to discuss the progress and potential of rural communication. With the evolution of communication emerged new actors, new sources and thereby changed the historical notion of extension, which directly involve rural communities, changing their social relations and the ways in which information is disseminated and knowledge isbuilt

AUDIO-VISUAL LANGUAGE FOR CREATION OF IDENTITY OF RURAL SETTLEMENTS OF THE CITY OF PEDRAS ALTAS – RS

With the spread of new communication resources and the idea of participatory culture, the objective is to show how a collaborative audiovisual production independent and has the ability to build and affirm the identity of a group, through discourse with images and sounds. Documented experience occurs in rural agrarian reform settlements in the municipality of Pedras Altas. The movement seeks to delineate their social, cultural and especially economic identity, seeking the production of an audiovisual, construction of meanings to be shared with the company.

BIOTECHNOLOGY AND BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY: A CHALLENGE FOR EDUCATION IN THE NETWORK SOCIETY

The text aims to analyze the relationship of biotechnology and biodiversity bio piracy as a problem for todays society. For this was held a brief explanation of the definitions and their relationships with technology and education. Conclusions as stated the need to provide education to society in order to contribute to making political, social and economic decisions that are in constant debate within society. Furthermore, the inclusion of technology education will lead society to understand the changes derived from biotechnology processes, and thus, accept or diverge with reasoned arguments and concrete. In view of this, there will be greater judicial control in biodiversity issues and the company will monitor the activities of multinationals in forests and will charge measures that enable awareness of a democratic, balanced and sustainable exploitation.

Educomunicação: aluno repórter e a produção de audiovisuais

The student reporter will act as agent builder and mediator of knowledge, which will build and collect information and share it in order to contribute to the community. The objective was to evaluate the potential of audiovisual through the mediation of student reporter for the promotion of a teaching-learning. Qualitative and participatory methodology was developed through observation and analysis of teaching and learning in communities generated from views of audiovisual mediated student-reporter process. From this idea were produced tree (3) for the audiovisuals Centro de Ciencias Rurais, Universidade Federal de Santa Maria: one (1) Teacher training videoaula to the Center of Rural Sciences in the use of Moodle Learning Platform for Education; One (1) documentary about receiving students of Family Agriculture in Distance Learning mode; One (1) audiovisual tutorials for using the tools in the Resource and Activities Teaching and Learning Platform Moodle. As conclusion it was observed that the use of audiovisual contributed to the process of teaching-learning communities where they were applied.

DIGITAL DEMOCRACY - AN ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR STRENGTHENING A CIVIC CULTURE

Lately it has been possible to observe a growing interest in the field of digital technologies bound specifically to the development of new political practices and actions, e.g., the approximation between citizens and their political representatives, the onset of a more active participation in political decisions and the possibility of access to information, amongst others. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate that through existing digital technologies, and amongst them a few will be described, it should be possible to accomplish a critical diagnosis on the potentialities and the challenges that arise at this new phase of democracy. It is expected that while developing a reflection on digital democracy and the existing fragility in communication over the internet there will be created a space/ambience with potential for mediation of this recent civic culture that is being established in this country. The herein adopted methodology was the procedure of literature review, taking in account as basic theory the writings of Levy, Castells, Carvalho, Lorencini, Gaggiano, among others. In the social dimension, the level was found to be moderate, but inspiring care about the poor records of HDIM, high rates of illiteracy and infant mortality. The economic dimension, it seems, requires more urgent action, as it reached the maximum level of vulnerability in all indicators, namely: low per capita income, low number of employees in the formal sector, low agricultural production and GDP inexpressible.
