Modelo de alinhamento estratégico de produção – MAP: contribuição teórica para a área de estratégia de produção

The motivating factor behind the current work comes from previous studies on approaches to strategic production and from the development process of strategic production. The study was also driven by assessments of the competitive development of strategic production in a specific productive unit, such as the strategic power of its function of production, which goes beyond understanding the link between the competitive priorities and the decision production area. Thus, the strategic alignment of production (SAP) model was proposed, which explores this assessment of development using four levels of inter-related analysis: level 1 – the competitive positions in the company and manufacturing; level 2 – the competitive position and the strategic paradigm of manufacturing management; level 3 – the strategic paradigm of both the manufacture gesture and the production strategy; and level 4 – competitive priorities and the value network operation. The proposed model is an important theoretical tool for the orientation, assessment and analysis of the importance of strategic production within companies.

Potentialities and limits for the local economic and innovative development: a comparative analysis of technology parks located in the Northeast region of Brazil

The objective of this paper is to identify the potential and limits to the economic development of innovative technology parks that are in operation in Northeast Brazil. The findings indicate that the technology parks are potentially positive for economic development and local innovation, as the parks generate jobs, funding and educational opportunities in the region. However, the research also demonstrates that there are limits to the amount of economic and innovative development that can be generated by these technology parks, due to the current economic situation in the Northeast of Brazil.

APLICAÇÃO DO MÉTODO SERVQUAL NA AVALIAÇÃO DA SATISFAÇÃO DE CLIENTES DE UMA ACADEMIA DE GINÁSTICA

O crescente numero de academias de ginastica e consequentemente da demanda pelos servicos oferecidos neste tipo de empreendimento, e sobretudo a alta rotatividade, ou seja, a grande dificuldade apresentada na retencao de clientes levaram a investigacao e aprofundamento do tema proposto. A qualidade dos servicos e de dificil mensuracao e depende de diversos fatores ate que atenda as expectativas dos clientes e possa ser reconhecida pelos mesmos. Nem todas as empresas tem conseguido atingir as reais necessidades de seus clientes. Na tentativa de analisar a qualidade dos servicos prestados em uma academia de ginastica realizou-se uma pesquisa com a participacao de 92 clientes. Como instrumento de pesquisa utilizou-se uma adaptacao da escala SERVQUAL, que compara expectativas com percepcoes dos clientes em relacao as cinco dimensoes da qualidade: tangibilidade, responsabilidade, confiabilidade, empatia e garantia, tendo como base uma pesquisa qualitativa aplicada aos clientes da academia. Como resultado, obteve-se um panorama geral da qualidade percebida pelos clientes, dos servicos oferecidos, mostrando os pontos fortes e fracos do sistema.
