Avaliação de curso de graduação segundo egressos

Every day, college graduates face complex situations that make them check skills developed during the course in comparison with the skills needed at the professional level. This experience helps them evaluate the adequacy of the courses teaching structure and recover intervening aspects of this process. This text discusses the Evaluation of College Courses, recovering concepts in the field of Education Evaluation; describes the practices developed in Brazil, directed towards course evaluation, based on the graduates perspective. The following descriptors were used: college graduates, indicators, evaluation and graduation available in the databases: PeriEnf, BDEnf, LILACS and DEDALUS. The analysis of the surveyed studies highlights the need to consider the opinion of college graduates in the curriculum proposals with a view to implementing an educational process with emancipating and transforming characteristics.Every day, college graduates face complex situations that make them check skills developed during the course in comparison with the skills needed at the professional level. Avaliação da formação de enfermeiros segundo a percepção de egressos

Objective: Apprehending the perception of ex-students from a Nursing undergraduate course about their educational process in view of the demands they experience in daily professional routine, in order to support the pedagogic reformulation of the course. Methods: This is a qualitative research, and the Case Study method was adopted. Thirty-two nurses were interviewed, all of them graduated in 2003, and Bardin’s content analysis was used. Results: The interview yielded five categories, from which it is observed that the educational program should reinforce the development of ethical-political competences; contextualizing itself according to public healthcare policies; promoting research linked to the healthcare demands of the community; considering interdisciplinary aspects in the distribution of contents and hour load, and reinforcing the development of specific competences, especially those related to nursing management. Conclusion: This study allowed for the identification of aspects of the educational process that interfere in the professional routine and deserve to be considered in the restructuration of Political-Pedagogical Processes.OBJETIVO: Apreender a percepcao de egressos de um curso de graduacao em Enfermagem sobre o processo de sua formacao, frente as demandas que vivenciamos no cotidiano profissional para subsidiar a reformulacao pedagogica do curso. METODOS: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e o metodo adotado foi o Estudo de Caso. Foram entrevistados 32 enfermeiros egressos do ano de 2003 e foi utilizada a analise de conteudo segundo Bardin. RESULTADOS: Resgataram-se cinco categorias, donde se depreende que o programa de ensino deve reforcar o desenvolvimento de competencias etico-politicas; contextualizar-se segundo as politicas publicas de saude; promover pesquisas vinculadas as demandas de saude da comunidade; considerar a interdisciplinaridade na distribuicao de conteudos e carga horaria e reforcar a formacao de competencias especificas, principalmente, as relacionadas a gestao em enfermagem. CONCLUSAO: Este estudo permitiu identificar aspectos do processo formativo que interferem no cotidiano de trabalho de enfermeiros e merecem ser considerados na reestruturacao dos Projetos Politico Pedagogicos.

O ensino de administração na graduação: percepção de enfermeiros egressos

The ideological paradigms of a complete nursing background; the professional quality one intends to prepare; the ethical, political, and technical commitment, and the complexity of the nursing work processes cause programs to rethink their teaching and adaptation to Brazilian National Curriculum Guidelines. The objective of this study was to identify in interview conversations with 32 undergraduate nursing students the importance attributed to management classes in their professional preparation and to correlate them to the guidelines’ governing principles. This is a qualitative research developed as a case study. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and submitted to Content Analysis. According to undergraduates, teaching administration must have a greater time load; more encompassing content; diversified strategies; reinforcement of skill development, especially ethical-political skills; and consideration of the union which exists between teaching, research, and community clinical work. According to undergraduates managerial skills deserve special attention in restructuring the nursing curriculum. DESCRIPTORS: Nursing. Curriculum. Management. Professional competence. LA ENSENANZA DE LA ADMINISTRACION EN EL PREGRADO: LA PERCEPCION DE LOS ENFERMEROS EGRESADOS RESUMEN: Los paradigmas ideologicos de una formacion integral; el tipo de profesional que se desee formar; el compromiso etico, politico, tecnico y la complejidad de los procesos de trabajo en enfermeria llevan a los cursos a reflexionar sobre la ensenanza y adaptacion a las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales. Esta investigacion tuvo como objetivo identificar en los discursos de treinta y dos egresados la contribucion de la ensenanza de la administracion en la formacion y relacionarlas a los presupuestos de las directrices. Es una investigacion cualitativa desarrollada como Estudio de Caso. Los datos fueron recolectados a traves de entrevista semiestructurada, y se examinaron a traves del Analisis de Contenido. Segun los egresados, la ensenanza de la administracion debe tener una mayor carga horaria, contenidos mas amplios, diversas estrategias; reforzar el desarrollo de competencias, principalmente etico-politicas y considerar la unificacion entre ensenanza, investigacion y extension. Los egresados defienden que las competencias gerenciales merecen destaque en la restructuracion del curriculum de enfermeria. DESCRIPTORES: Enfermeria. Curriculum. Administracion. OBJECTIVE to support the assessment and the necessary changes in the curriculum of an undergraduate degree in Nursing. METHODS it is a descriptive study developed in two stages as an action research. In the first stage, the speeches of 19 graduates and 15 employers were interviewed and analyzed; in the second stage, five teachers participated in the focus group. For processing the data, the content analysis was adopted. RESULTS based on the assessment of the actors, an action plan was created with suggestions regarding the curriculum flexibility, content resizing, continuing education, practice enhancement, active methodologies and autonomy of the student. CONCLUSION the participation of actors participants of the training process and performance of professional nurses in the evaluation of a curriculum pointed aspects to realignment and provided concrete benefits to improving the quality of undergraduate course curriculum, scenario of this study.

Religiosity and lifestyle of professionals from the family health support centers

A religiosidade faz parte da integralidade do ser humano e pode influenciar positivamente no estilo de vida das pessoas. Este, por sua vez, está associado às doenças crônicas não transmissíveis no Brasil e no mundo. Partindo desse contexto, o objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar a associação entre religiosidade e estilo de vida de profissionais de saúde de um Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF). Pesquisa descritiva, de corte transversal e quantitativa. Amostra de conveniência que incluiu 29 profissionais. Aplicou-se dois questionários: Índice de Religiosidade Duke-Durel e Estilo de Vida Fantástico. Constatou-se, no grupo estudado, que a maioria era do sexo feminino (69%, n=20) e se declarou evangélica (79%, n=23) com idade média de 31,7 (dp=5,71). Os participantes possuíam bom envolvimento religioso (59% ou mais) e o estilo de vida “muito bom” (escore total de 79,4), porém são deficientes na dimensão “atividades físicas”, com média abaixo do normal (2,93 com amplitude de 0-8). A maioria declarou ter recebido enfoque sobre espiritualidade na formação acadêmica e afirmou envolvimento em cultos religiosos, considerando a prática da religião de grande relevância em sua vida diária, pessoal e profissional. Conclui-se que, nenhuma das variáveis da religiosidade esteve estatisticamente associada às dimensões do estilo de vida Fantástico bem como ao seu escore total, no entanto houve associação entre a variável “frequência à igreja” e “ser ou não praticante” da religião.

Religiosity and Physician Lifestyle from a Family Health Strategy

This study examines the association between religiosity and physician lifestyle from a Family Health Strategy perspective. This is a cross-sectional study with 30 physicians, who completed the religiosity and lifestyle questionnaires. Among the participants, 70% (n = 21) had no “focus” on spirituality and health. The average total lifestyle score was 74.1 (SD = 8.1), but the “Physical Activity” subscale score was below average (3.4, SD = 2.37). We found eight significant correlations between religiosity and lifestyle subscales (p < 0.05). Greater religious involvement is associated with better overall and specific areas of physician lifestyle.

Religião, Espiritualidade e a Enfermagem

Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar o conhecimento divulgado nas publicacoes sobre religiao e espiritualidade na enfermagem. Trata-se de uma Revisao Integrativa de Literatura de artigos publicados entre 2010 e 2015 com producoes disponiveis em periodicos do Brasil. Recorreu-se as bases de dados LILACS e BDEnf, utilizando os termos “religiao”, “espiritualidade” e “enfermagem”. Foram escolhidos 27 artigos, dos quais somente 13 foram utilizados por atenderem ao objetivo do estudo. Os artigos foram agrupados por areas tematicas: espiritualidade na formacao do enfermeiro (46,2%), espiritualidade na pratica clinica da enfermagem (38,5%) e o significado da espiritualidade na enfermagem (15,3%). Apesar do reconhecimento do tema sobre espiritualidade e a enfermagem na formacao e na area clinica, a literatura aponta que esses profissionais nao se sentem preparados para dar assistencia espiritual aos pacientes, aspecto essencial para a promocao da saude.

Contribuições das agentes de desenvolvimento infantil na atenção primária à saúde

Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever o trabalho das Agentes de Desenvolvimento Infantil (ADIs), a partir dos relatorios de visita domiciliar, identificando resultados no acompanhamento de gestantes e criancas em unidades da Atencao Basica como projeto de desenvolvimento infantil. Trata-se de um relato de experiencia que utilizou tambem a analise documental dos registros feitos pelas ADIs. Foram analisados 179 relatorios de visitacao domiciliar que apontaram acoes direcionadas as gestantes e as criancas de 0-3 anos. A analise apontou contribuicoes importantes relacionadas a identificacao de riscos precoces em criancas e familias, com direcionamento as equipes tecnicas competentes para dar seguimento. As intervencoes realizadas pelas ADIs foram consideradas efetivas para a promocao da saude, uma vez que, as familias e cuidadores das criancas poderao ser orientados sobre as bases do desenvolvimento adequado dos seus filhos.
