In recent years, the safeguarding of intangiblexa0cultural heritage has begun to occupy axa0key position in the agenda of national States, although in Argentina there are still no unifiedxa0criteria for its management. This paper presentsxa0general guidelines for the developmentxa0of a proposal for the management of intangiblexa0cultural heritage, taking the municipalityxa0of Olavarria, Buenos Aires province, Argentinaxa0as a case study. In this paper, previous inventoriesxa0carried out in the country and abroad werexa0also taken into account.
