The paper presents the results of the simulation of the hand-arm system, under the action of mechanic vibrations, with or without flow divider. The flow divider is wanted to be mounted on the forearm. The analysis of the simulation of the movement of the hand-arm system with the flow divider had shown that vibrations diminish up to the joint of the elbow by mounting the flow divider.

This article justifies the importance of vehicles maintenance throughout their entire running. According to this purpose, we have done a comparative study of vibrational behavior of two vehicles of the same type but different manufacturing years. For both cars, there were made experimental measurements of vibrations on the stand for three significant measurement points: the screw at the cover cleats, the bodywork, and the seat. The results are justified by the history of repairs and maintenance operations.

In recent years there have been many cases of HAVS being reported for people who work in agriculture, horticulture, landscape gardening and forestry. The work described in this paper assesses the transmitted vibration to the human body from a hand guided power tool, means a brushcutter. As it is known the brushcutters induce a high level of vibrations on human operators. Depending by brushcutters type, exposure time and human subjectivity, we can discuss about the vibration influence on human body. Long exposure to hand-arm vibration, whole body vibration and mechanical overloading is considered a potential cause of professional diseases.

The paper contains the theory regarding the optical methods for the measurements of mechanical characteristics. In the paper there are the comparisons between the classical method of measurement (using the device SVAN 958) and the optical methods with the principal of Moiré of projection for the vibrations produced by a lathe. The measurement results are the same that means the Moiré of projection method can be apply for the vibrations measurement on the human body.

The paper contains the theory regarding the optical methods for the measurements of mechanical characteristics. The mechanical vibrations action on the human body can be measure with the optical methods. In the paper there are the comparisons between the classical method of measurement (using the device SVAN 958) and the optical methods with the principal of Moiré of projection. The measurement results are the same that means the Moiré of projection method can be apply for the vibrations measurement on the human body. This is the first application for Moiré of projection method in the vibrations measurement and it is a very important fact because the optical method is without touch.

The present paper contains our study regarding the diminution of the urban noise using the phonique barrier walls conformed to the EMPARA procedure, which is based on the simplified of the standard method for the measurements and computes of the surface traffic inside the urban agglomeration, as they are given in SRM2 laws (Netherlands standards). There are made the studies taking into account all the parameters that characterize the the noise and they are graphical representations having the “n‐1” constant parameters and only one having the time variation law. In this way we are obtained the influence of each parameter in the diminution of the urban noise using the phonique barrier walls. In addition we realized a measurement for a real barrier wall inside the Oradea town. The comparison between them was enough good, that means our theoretical study is correct and characterizes the noise pollution and its diminution on the urban agglomeration. The measurement device was a CENTER 322 Sound Lever Meter. Th...

The environments protection is one of the most actual problems, because of the fact that pollution is a major danger for planet life. The environments pollution is caused because some pollution agents are in too large a quantity for a long time and they become dangerous for human health, for the flora, for the fauna and for the constructions too. The pollution sources can be classified as natural and artificial sources. The quality of the environment from a specific area at a certain time can be determined by: a) the air quality; b) the water quality; c) the soil quality; d) the health level of the population; e) the decrease of animals and plants species that are accounted for. In the paper there are given the urban traffic on the principal routes inside the Cluj‐Napoca municipality. The traffic is the constituent part of the research activity of the national project having the destination the monitoring of the noise and vibrations into an urban agglomeration, applied to the Cluj ‐ Napoca town. This st...

The present paper represents a study about the measurement possibilities of the reaction of the human elbow exposed to the mechanical vibrations action, produced by devices and machine-tools. The mechanical vibration and other factors have negative effects on the exposed persons health. The affections these persons are exposed to are especially of sanguine, muscle, bones, nervous type
