Mario Spremić; Vesna Bosilj Vukšić

The adjustment of these strategies usually results in the introduction of new business models that should enable the company to takeover new markets and customers, to increase the level of productivity and the profit margin. Also, in this paper the results of research about some key issues in developing an e-strategy are presented. The research is conducted on the sample of ‘400 Largest Croatian companies’ according to their annual revenue.
