The Cambridge Centre for Public Law has an impressive history of organising conferences to consider developments in the field, with a starry roster of speakers and contributors from across the common law world. The 2014 Conference, entitled ‘Process and Substance in Public Law’, was of a similar quality and the accompanying collection of essays based upon that conference adds a good deal to public law scholarship, particularly for readers of a comparative law bent.
