A vida do trabalhador sofre a influencia da satisfacao de necessidades humanas como seguranca, motivacao e justica social, alem do binomio saude-doenca, que podem implicar seu adoecimento, rotatividade e absenteismo no trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer as producoes cientificas que abordavam a associacao entre o absenteismo e o adoecimento entre os profissionais da equipe de enfermagem. Realizou-se uma pesquisa de revisao integrativa, para busca de artigos cientificos nacionais, disponiveis na integra, publicados entre 2006 e 2016 no idioma Portugues, na base de dados da Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). A busca foi feita com a expressao: “Enfermagem e Absenteismo por doenca”, sendo acessadas 16 publicacoes. A sistematizacao e analise do material gerou uma amostra de 13 artigos. Os resultados indicam que o absenteismo no trabalho apresenta razoes diversas e complexas, que ocasionam custos relacionados a reducao da qualidade do servico, doencas ocupacionais, sobrecarga, diminuicao da eficiencia no trabalho e problemas administrativos, sendo motivado por fatores intrinsecos e extrinsecos ao individuo. Conclui que o absenteismo deve-se a fatores organizacionais, individuais e do ambiente de trabalho. Um assunto pouco explorado e merecedor de pesquisas devido ao impacto economico e administrativo que gera nas instituicoes de trabalho e ao desequilibrio fisico-emocional acarretado diretamente aos colaboradores e indiretamente aos pacientes atendidos por estes profissionais.

This paper presents reflections about human development process in the light of Bioecological Theory from the film narrative of “The Storyteller,” Brazilian production based on real history. Focuses on the development of a person, the interactions between multidirectional aspects of his life story, in close and distant contexts. Uses the plot to articulate the core elements of this theory person, process, context and time. Identifies the importance of education managing the formation of the human being on the phenomenon of violence by mobilizing the process of resilience and modulating reciprocal influences on development. The interrelationship between the bio-psychological characteristics of the protagonist, socialization processes and vulnerabilities in contexts in which transits, enhances the role of the family and social institutions in the construction of its history. Although it is a metaphorical example, allows an empirical reading of life.
