Abstract. This is the second paper of a series dealing with the Chinese fauna of the large genus Pselaphodes Westwood, 1870. Twelve new species and a new synonym are presented: P. bomiensis sp. nov. (Xizang); P. biwenxuani sp. nov. (Xizang); P. condylus sp. nov. (Guizhou); P. cuonaus sp. nov. (Xizang); P. fengtingae sp. nov. (Zhejiang); P. gongshanensis sp. nov. (Yunnan); P. hanmiensis sp. nov. (Xizang); P. jizushanus sp. nov. (Yunnan); P. meniscus sp. nov. (Sichuan); P. parvus sp. nov. (Guizhou); P. pectinatus sp. nov. (Hainan); P. wuyinus Yin et al., 2010 syn. nov. = P. tianmuensis Yin et al., 2010; and P. yanbini sp. nov. (Guizhou). New distributional data and discussion on intraspecific variations of P. tianmuensis and P. aculeus are provided. An updated key is given to assist in distinguishing all so far known Chinese species of Pselaphodes. A checklist of world species of Pselaphodes is also provided.

Abstract Dayao pengzhongi gen. et sp. n. is described and illustrated based on the material collected in Guangxi Province, South China. The genus is placed in the oriental ‘Pselaphodes complex’ of genera of the subtribe Tyrina and its taxonomic placement is discussed.

Abstract Two new species, Pselaphodes linae Yin & Li, sp. n. (Hainan, Fujian) and Pselaphodes shii Yin & Li, sp. n. (Hainan) are described from South China. Taiwanophodes minor Hlaváč is reported from outside Taiwan for the first time. Illustrations of major diagnostic features are provided for all treated taxa. The latest key to Chinese Pselaphodes is modified to include the new species.

This is the first part of a series dealing with the taxonomy of the genus Sathytes Westwood from China. Fifteen Chinese species are recognized and all described here as new: Sathytes cristatus sp.nov., Sathytes excertus sp.nov., Sathytes perpusillus sp.nov., Sathytes rarus sp.nov., Sathytes tangliangi sp.nov., Sathytes tibialis sp.nov., Sathytes usitatus sp.nov. and Sathytes yunanicus sp.nov. from Yunnan; Sathytes larinus sp.nov. and Sathytes wuyishanus sp.nov. from Fujian; Sathytes longitrabis sp.nov. from Shaanxi; Sathytes longwangshanus sp.nov. and Sathytes paulus sp.nov. from Zhejiang; Sathytes magnus sp.nov. from Xizang; and Sathytes sichuanicus sp.nov. from Sichuan. Illustrations of major diagnostic characters of the new species are given. A total of 33 species worldwide are placed into seven newly defined groups. A checklist of Sathytes is also provided.

Abstract A total of three Chinese species of the genus Intestinarius Kurbatov, 2007 are recognized, among which, two new species are described: Intestinarius guangdongensis sp. n. from Guangdongand Intestinarius longiceps sp. n. from Guizhou. Illustrations of major diagnostic characters are given for all three Chinese species including Intestinarius kuzmini Kurbatov, 2007. A key is included to aid in their identification.

Abstract A remarkable new species of the genus Tribasodites, 1960, Tribasodites spinacaritus sp. n. is described and illustrated from Zhejiang Province, East China. A key to world species of the genus is provided. Systematic position of the new taxon is discussed.
