Axial Magnetic Transmission Mechanism and the Calculation of Magnetic Torque

Magnetic transmission has many advantages of no abrasion, no leakage, and energy saving etc. Magnetic force is transmitted torque by magnetic field. Magnetic circuit is influenced by permanent magnet (PM) distributed according to the theory of magnetic transmission mechanism. The mathematical model of its torque is constructed based on the equivalent magnetic charge principle. Magnetic torque is calculated on these parameters of axial height, circuit distribution of permanent magnet, air gap of active and passive magnetic pole and leakage coefficient. Magnetic force is varied with those parameters changed. The result shows axial magnetic torque can be increased by increasing the density of magnetic distribution and decreasing active and passive air gap.

Development of math model and vibrating simulation of the high-speed spindle

The spindle is an important component of two-for-one twisting machine. It gives the yarn twisting through high speed revolving. To solve the problems of resonance and noises, it is necessary to calculate frequency and analysis for spindle. With the establishment of math model, vibrating simulation is applied to natural frequency and vibration mode. It avoids the frequency of exciting force and natural frequency to be same or close. The finite element method studies the structure statics, the dynamics question effective method. It has some steps such as solid model establishment, restraint and load steps increasing, and modal analysis and so on. This method can accurately obtain the result high speed and become the structure mechanical analysis the powerful tool.

The control system and data transferring format of digital printing device

The key problem needed to be solved for digital textile printing technology lies in its low printing speed, which cannot meet the need of textile industry printing. For this problem, in this paper the processing tasks of host-side and device-side of control system are redistributed reasonably, and accordingly, a new direct printing data format is put forward, on the basis of which the inkjet printing data is processed by host-side controller, and the device-side controller directly receives the spraying signal. The features of the corresponding control system of the digital printing machine is analyzed here. By use of this method of task redistribution and the new direct printing data format, not only the printing speed can be increased, but also the control system of printing machine can be simplified, and thus it has important practical significance.

Development of the tube bender of based on PCI-1240

PCI-1240 is a 4-axis motion control card based on PCI bus. It is suitable for tube bender controlling system. To solve the problems of complexity in controlling and complicated operation in the conventional tube bender, a new multi-motor based on PCI-1240 is developed. With the establishment of the instruction code, a multi-motor driving mechanism and the controlling of reading bending data are applied in the new tube bender, which employs three servo motors. With the three mechanisms controlling, the machine structure is simplified. The tube quality is improved. The productivity is promoted. And mechanical-electrical integration level of the tube bender is enhanced.

Research on the Needle Selecting Machine of Computerized Jacquard Circle Knitting Machine Based on Piezoelectric Ceramics

In order to overcome the shortage in the traditional mechanical needle selecting machine of jacquard circle knitting machine, a new needle selecting machine based on piezoelectric ceramics is designed. This paper expands on the structure of needle selecting machine and its principle. The piezoelectric ceramics have a micro-displacement with the different flower type. The movement is enlarged by the needle piece and the needle moves to the requested location. Therefore, the three movements of needle selecting machine are realized such as the loop formation, loop accumutional and float adjustment loop.

Study on Information Management System of Rapier Loom

In order to guarantee the quality of textile fabric and to improve the efficiency of loom, single-chip microcomputer MC68336, sensors and display are utilized to form a comprehensive information management system (IMS) of rapier loom. In this system, the main operating parameters of the loom such as tension of warp and weft yarns and weft density, etc. may be adjusted conveniently according to the requirement of variety of textile fabric, and real-time detection and display of these parameters are available. Besides, the system also provides storage, transmission and printing of test data, images and tables, monitors dynamic parameters and controls main parameters, and manages information resource in a unified way. Therefore, high-efficiency, flexible and comfortable operation of rapier loom may be realized.

Research on the math model of multi-parameter of new twisting machine

To solve the problems of complexity in structure and huge time and energy consumption in operation for different twist yarn in the conventional mechanical twisting machine, a new multi-parameter driving system is developed. With the establishment of the math models of twisting, winding, and guiding-yarn, a multi-motor driving mechanism and the frequency communications technologies are applied in the new twisting machine, which employs two asynchronous motors and two servo motors. With the multi-parameter controlling, the machine structure is simplified. The yarn quality is improved. The productivity is promoted. And mechanical-electrical integration level of the twisting machine is enhanced.

This article introduces a kind of Intelligent PCI CAN bus card based on the dual-port RAM(DRAM). First, the whole scheme of the system is presented, then the designs of the hardware and software of Intelligent PCI card Based on CAN bus are expatiated and focused on the structure of DRAM, the general mechanism for the data exchange between the HOST and DEVICE and the communication in I/O and message oriented protocols. the design of whole system is universal, reliability, real-time and expandable.
