Current IP has multiple semantics including device identifier, location identifier and forwarding identifier for routing. So if locations changed in IP, the identifier is also being changed in multihomed environment and the transport session could not be maintained. In order to solve the problems, this paper suggests a mechanism that split IP into ID and locator in transport stratum in NGN.

One of major tasks at IETF NEMO WG is for supporting the seamless connectivity of mobile networks based on IPv6. This seamless connectivity can be provided by multiple accesses to multiple service providers with multiple wireless network interfaces. Classifications for possible multihoming cases must be one of the most important issues in order to find the scheme for supporting mobility in various multihomed mobile networks. The classification of various multihoming cases is the current target for mobility support in mobile networks at IETF NEMO WG. The main issue of these schemes is to extract the multihoming factors with mutually independent and orthogonal properties to each other. In order to get the factors, this paper firstly divides the routing path into three segments, secondly extracts three multihoming factors, which should have independent and orthogonal properties because each of them are from different segment, and finally classifies multihoming cases of mobile networks based on these factors. In addition to this novel scheme of classification, this paper also proposes a new scheme to support network mobility in the most general multihoming environment. This validation of this scheme is attained by network simulator-2

The cloud computing is emerging in several ICT areas, including the mobile service industry. This development is knows as mobile cloud computing. Mobile cloud can be considered a kind of cloud computing with assistance computing for mobility such as location-awareness, computing capability, and data backup. This paper introduces an evolution of standardization for mobile cloud computing.

Recently, various advance information in industry sectors address the importance of software’s which emphasized as a key capacity element of IT convergence in a diverse environments. Therefore, the necessity to enhance the availability of excellent software resources by making the database is also highlighted. Thus, this study aims to design the methods to establish a database for software resources effectively so that XML-based software information system schema can be designed and implemented, and the standard for software information system management can be developed.

We introduce a high-quality videoconferencing application implemented using IPv6 multicast. The conferencing application is made to operate at IPv6 network environment on Microsoft Windows XP or 2000 enabled IPv6 stack. We implement this application using MPEG-4, MJPEG and Video-1 codec to support high-quality conference and can select one by necessity of usability. In this paper, we describe the software architecture that is divided three managements area, efficient buffer managements that is data transmission technique from Directshow filter to network manager, RTP and RTCP library, and DirectShow technology that is provided by Microsoft DirectX. And we present the experimental result that measures delay of a respective module and bandwidth of this application.

IPv6 multicast technology will be more and more important technology for various Internet applications in the future. In order to deploy IPv6 multicast, several technical methods and protocols are needed. Generally inter-domain IPv6 multicast service can be deployed using two different architectures: either ASM with embedded-RP, or SSM. In ASM embedded-RP is proposed to solve the several problems, but this method is a solutions quite new, and its not clear yet how the service best can be provided. And there are also issues regarding SSM. In the IETF multicast deployment working group (mboned) is largely agreed on SSM as the way forward. In this paper, we describe technical issues and considerations to deploy IPv6 multicast

In the paper, we describe the IPv6-based multicast videoconferencing tool and it`s experimental results by using TEM (TransEurasia Information Network) which is connected between Korea and Europe recently. And we explain the efficient configuration method of IPv6 multicast as well as IPv6 configured tunneling in between Korea and Europe.
