Three new records of Pristimantis (Amphibia: Anura: Craugastoridae) for Brazil and a comment of the advertisement call of Pristimantis orcus

We report Pristimantis achuar , Pristimantis delius , and Pristimantis orcus as three new records from Brazil, extending their known geographic distributions from Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Additionally we comment on the vocalizations of Pristimantis orcus .

Liophis dorsocorallinus Esqueda, Natera, La Marca and Ilija- Fistar, 2007 (Squamata: Dipsadidae): distribution extension in southwestern Amazonia, state of Acre, Brazil

We present a new distribution record of Liophis dorsocorallinus in the state of Acre, Brazil. The species was previously known only from three localities in Venezuela and Brazil.

Micrurus annellatus annellatus (Peters, 1871) (Serpentes: Elapidae): distribution extension in the state of Acre, northern Brazil

The annellated coral snake Micrurus annellatus (Peters, 1871) occurs from southern Ecuador and southeastern Colombia to southeastern Peru and north of Bolivia. Only Micrurus a. bolivianus has been recorded in Brazil, in the state of Amazonas. Herein we provide two records of Micrurus a. annellatus from Brazil in the state of Acre.

Amphibia, Anura, Strabomantidae, Pristimantis reichlei Padial and De la Riva, 2009: first record from Brazil, southwestern Amazonia

Here we reported the presence of the strabomantid frog Pristimantis reichlei in the Brazilian territory. The distribution of this newly described species was expected to Brazil, however, no information was available so far. The diversity of species in this genus may be greater in Acre state, and we suggest that further studies be conducted to confirm this hypothesis.

Hyalinobatrachium mondolfii Senari & Ayarzagüena, 2001 (Anura: Centrolenidae): first record for the state of Acre, Brazil

In this work, we record the first occurrence of Hyalinobatrachium mondolfii from the state of Acre. It is the second record from Brazil.

Amphibia, Anura, Hylidae, Hypsiboas microderma (Pyburn, 1977): First record for the state of Rondônia and new record for the state of Acre, southwestern Amazonia, Brazil

We record for the first time the presence of Hypsiboas microderma in the state of Rondonia, and a new record in the state of Acre, Brazil. This treefrog is found throughout western Amazon in Brazil and no information about its distribution in Rondonia was reported previously

Leptodactylus didymus is a terrestrial frog that inhabits clearings in lowland Amazonian rainforest. Herein we present new Brazilian records of this species for Amazonas and Acre states.
