The Analysis of Clicking Sound : The relation between the loudness of clicking sound and sound spectrum

本研究の目的はクリッキング音の音響特性について検討することである.本論文ではその基礎的研究としてクリッキング音のピーク音圧レベルとMean Power Frequency (MPF値) について解析を行い, 両者の関係を検討した.研究の対象は復位を伴う関節円板前方転位に起因する片側性のクリッキング患者6名である.クリッキング音は顎機能診断システムにより6自由度顎運動と同時に測定された.以下に結果を示す.1.クリッキング音の大きさをピーク音圧レベルで表すと各被験者の平均値は78.2dB~103.2dBに分布した.2.各被験者のMPF値の平均値は428Hz~758Hzに分布した.3.クリッキング音のピーク音圧レベルの上昇に伴いMPF値が高域にシフトしたものが4名, 低域にシフトしたものが1名, 特別な変化を示さなかったものが1名であった.
