Trial of computer design on mole-type plate optics

Usefulness of the Plate Optics with grooved base plates in constructing hologram recording equipments was reported in the previous paper. This paper reports an improved type of Plate Optics called Mole type Plate Optics, and proposes a simple computer-aided design for constructing optical systems on the Mole type Plate Optics.

Oblique Incidence Interferometer Using Holographic Optical Elements

Optical elements made by holographic technology are called Holographic Optical Elements (HOEs). HOEs have some advantages as conventional optical elements are not equipped and have been applied in various optical devices. We have applied HOEs, a pair of holographic gratings and a holographic lens, in an oblique incidence interferometer. In following lines we call it OII as Oblique Incidence Interferometer.
