The camerobiid mites (Acari, Camerobiidae) of Turkey

Three new species of Neophyllobius viz. N. demirsoyi, N. yunusi, N. bolvadinensis and male, protonymph and larvae of N. lachishensis Bolland, 1998 from Turkey are described and illustrated. Neophyllobius lachishensis is reported from Turkey for the first time.

New species of Neophyllobius and Tycherobius (Acari, Camerobiidae) from turkey

Two new species of Neophyllobius (Acari, Camerobiidae) viz. N. populus sp. n., N. karabagiensis sp. n., and a new species of Tycherobius (Acari, Camerobiidae), Tycherobius dazkiriensis sp. n., are described from Turkey and illustrated based on females and a protonymph. A key to the known species of Tycherobius is presented.

A new species of Favognathus Luxton, 1973 (Acari: Cryptognathidae) from the Aegean coast of Turkey

ABSTRACT A new species of Favognathus izmirensis is described and illustrated from the Aegean coast (between Edremit and Gokova Gulf), Turkey. A key to the species of Favognathus from Turkey is provided.

Raphignathus mites from Turkey (Acari: Raphignathidae)

Three new species of the genus Raphignathus from Turkey, R. emirdagiensis, R. karabagiensis, and R. afyonensis, are described and illustrated. Two species Raphignathus zhaoi Fan and Yin, 2000 and Raphignathus ensipilosus Meyer and Ueckermann, 1989 are new records for the Turkish fauna. A key to all the species of this genus is given.

A new record of Storchia ardabiliensis and variations in the number of genital, aggenital and external clunal setae in two Storchia species (Acari: Stigmaeidae) from the Aegean coast, Turkey

Abstract This study deals with a new stigmaeid records for the Turkish fauna, Storchia ardabiliensis Safasadati, Khanjani, Razmjou & Doğan 2010. The variations in the number of genital, aggenital and external clunal setae of Storchia ardabiliensis and S. robustus are presented based on the examination of 76 females.

A new species and two new records of the genus Tycherobius Bolland (Acari: Camerobiidae) from Turkey

ABSTRACT A new species of the genus Tycherobius anatolicus sp. nov. collected from soil and litter under Crataegus sp. and Juglans sp. in Turkey is described and illustrated based on adult females. Additionally, T. iranensis Khanjani, Yazyanpanah, Ostovan and Asali Fayaz 2012 and T. sahragardi Khanjani, Hajizadeh, Hoseini and Jalili 2013 are recorded for the first time in Turkey. A comparison of characters of adult females of the genus Tycherobius is given and a key to known species of Tycherobius is provided.

A new species and two new records of the family Caligonellidae (Acari: Raphignathoidea) from Turkey

An adult female of the new caligonellid mite Neognathus ozkani sp. nov. and a protonymph of Molothrognathus terrulentus Meyer & Ueckermann, 1989 are described and illustrated. Two caligonellid species, M. terrulentus Meyer & Ueckermann, 1989 and Molothrognathus phytocolus Meyer & Ueckermann, 1989 are new records for the Turkish fauna.
