Transformações no ensino superior brasileiro: análise das Instituições Privadas de Ensino Superior no compasso com as políticas de Estado

The article analyzes the changes in the Brazilian higher education, taking as reference the database of the INEP, and the dynamics of Private Institutions of Higher Education in quickly assimilate state policies focused on higher education. Aims to present the evolution of higher education in Brazil, especially graduation, highlighting the changes made in public policy from the 2000s and that affected this level of education. The theoretical framework was based on discussing the origin and evolution of higher education in Brazil, the gap between supply and demand for places in higher education and the Brazilian public policies implemented in higher education from the 2000s. Concerning the methodological aspects, it is a descriptive research quantitative and qualitative approach. The results show that the growth of enrollment in higher education has been showing signs of exhaustion, causing a idle system manifested in the various courses without demand in selection processes. Public policies have a key role to adjust supply and demand, since there is evidence that income is a major inhibitor of filling vacancies and success rate.

ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DA AVALIAÇÃO NO ENSINO SUPERIOR: UMA VISÃO DO PROCESSO DE BOLONHA E DO SISTEMA DE AVALIAÇÃO AMERICANO

Este estudo tem a finalidade de comparar, em tracos gerais, a Educacao Superior Americana e Europeia, a partir do Sistema de Avaliacao Americana e o Processo de Bolonha. Identificando e compreendendo as recentes transformacoes no ensino superior. Sao analisadas as principais caracteristicas de ambos os sistemas, examinando a interligacao progressiva dos espacos da politica de educacao superior. Como resultado, observamos que a Declaracao de Bolonha, apela a urgencia das exigencias da competitividade internacional do ensino superior. Tem sido considerada com “a chave” para promover a mobilidade, superando o ensino superior dos Estados Unidos, e consequentemente ocorrendo perdas de interesses dos estudantes

O uso de ferramentas financeiras como mecanismo estratégico de reverter uma situação deficitária de uma empresa de eletrodomésticos

O presente artigo almeja esbocar as principais teorias sobre a estrutura teorica dos diversos metodos de analise economicofinanceira em consonância com a liquidez, atraves de um estudo de caso. Este trabalho tem por finalidade abordar os beneficios que as diversas ferramentas financeiras trazem para este segmento e seus usuarios, pois, atraves de dados concretos obtidos sobre as demonstracoes contabeis, e possivel avaliar e diagnosticar a situacao economico-financeira da empresa e, a partir desta realidade, tomar decisoes mais coerentes com a real situacao da mesma. A empresa Embramaq, objeto do estudo de caso, estava enfrentando diversos desafios, tais como a globalizacao da economia, os ambientes externos e internos cada vez mais dinâmicos, os clientes cada vez mais exigentes, as rapidas mudancas nos produtos e processos, especialmente em funcao de avancos tecnologicos. Financial tools for use as a strategic mechanism to reverse situation in an appliances company Abstract: This article aims to outline the main theories about the theoretical structure of the various methods of economic and financial analysis in line with the liquidity, through a case study. This study aims to address the benefits that the various financial tools to bring this thread and its users, because through concrete data obtained on the financial statements, can assess and diagnose the financial-economic situation of the company and from this fact, take decisions more consistent with the real situation of the same. The company Embramaq result of the case study was facing several challenges such as globalization of the economy, internal and external environments increasingly dynamic, each time demanding customers, rapid changes in products and processes, especially in according of technological developments.
