Indicators world class in vehicles for tourism

The increasingly sophisticated facilities and equipment necessary to carry out and assist in an essential way our daily work has led to pay greater attention to their operating conditions. The restoration of the operating parameters and the lengthening of the work periods under required performance, to guarantee the availability of the machinery, are essential for both industrial and service companies, all of which requires proper maintenance management. In the present work, an analysis was made to the maintenance system applied in tourism transport vehicles by the company through the calculation of world class indicators. The same allowed from the application of a methodology, redesign and improve the maintenance system of the entity, which allowed to reduce the burden of maintenance work without affecting the availability of equipment, maintaining reliability in the process of exploitation of the same.
