Traffic congestion problem is a phenomena which contributed huge impact to the transportation system in country. This causes many problems especially when there are emergency cases at traffic light intersections which are always busy with many vehicles. A traffic light controller system is designed in order to solve these problems. This system was designed to be operated when it received signal from emergency vehicles based on radio frequency (RF) transmission and used the Programmable Integrated Circuit (PIC) 16F877A microcontroller to change the sequence back to the normal sequence before the emergency mode was triggered. This system will reduce accidents which often happen at the traffic light intersections because of other vehicle had to huddle for given a special route to emergency vehicle. As the result, this project successful analyzing and implementing the wireless communication; the radio frequency (RF) transmission in the traffic light control system for emergency vehicles. The prototype of this project is using the frequency of 434 MHz and function with the sequence mode of traffic light when emergency vehicles passing by an intersection and changing the sequence back to the normal sequence before the emergency mode was triggered. In future, this prototype system can be improved by controlling the real traffic situation, in fact improving present traffic light system technology.

This paper presents an analysis of multiple size region of interest in selected area or segment of disparity mapping in application of stereo vision. The mapping is about to deal with the intensities of pixels which allocate the depths of an image and can be extracted to get the distance values. This region is a reference view of the stereo camera and stereo vision baseline is based on horizontal configuration. The block matching technique is briefly described with the performance of its output. The disparity mapping is generated by the algorithm with the reference to the left image coordinate. The algorithm uses Sum of Absolute Differences (SAD) which is developed using Matlab software. The rectification and block matching processes are also briefly described in this paper.

Electricity is the most powerful energy source in the world. Engineer and technologist combined and cooperated to invent a new low-cost technology and free carbon emission where the carbon emission issue is a major concern now due to global warming. Renewable energy sources such as hydro, wind and wave are becoming widespread to reduce the carbon emissions, on the other hand, this effort needs several novel methods, techniques and technologies compared to coal-based power. Power quality of renewable sources needs in depth research and endless study to improve renewable energy technologies. The aim of this project is to investigate the impact of renewable electric generator on its local distribution system. The power farm was designed to connect to the local distribution system and it will be investigated and analyzed to make sure that energy which is supplied to customer is clean. The MATLAB tools are used to simulate the overall analysis. At the end of the project, a summary of identifying various voltage fluctuates data sources is presented in terms of voltage flicker. A suggestion of the analysis impact of wave power generation on its local distribution is also presented for the development of wave generator farms.Electricity is the most powerful energy source in the world. A design of ultra wide-band microstrip bandpass filter with tunable notch response of wireless communication system is presented in this paper. The five order bandpass filter is designed using optimum distributed highpass integrated with Defected Microstrip Structure (DMS). The bandpass filter was designed at wideband frequency from 3.1GHz to 10.6GHz. The insertion loss and return loss of this project is set to better than 0.5dB and 20dB respectively. The DMS is implemented in this design in order to remove undesired frequency in wireless communication system. The pin diode is added to act as a switch to tuning the notch response. When the pin diode off, the notch response produce a sharp response at 5.906GHz (WLAN). When the pin diode on, the notch response is removed from the passband and provide full UWB passband. This design is simulated by ADS software and using Roger Duroid 4350B with a dielectric constant of 3.48, substrate thickness 0.508mm and loss tangent 0.0019.
