The Augmented Reality (AR) has existed for over five decades, but the growth and progress in the past few years has been exponentially increased and are getting more popular in recent years. Despite the importance and rapid growth of AR applications in a variety of fields, AR applications is not well known in a library setting. This paper aims to provide a systematic literature review (SLR) method to collect and review studies following a predefined procedure on AR application in a library setting. The review studies includes filtering relevant information of AR application from five databases to answer research questions. A total of 23 primary studies published between 2009 to 2017 were used in the analysis. Results from SLR shows that the most common categories of AR applications used in the libraries setting is reading materials and navigational.

Visualization is essential to facilitate human cognitive activities especially to handle information complexities. There is a huge effort to develop various kind of visualization tools in order to facilitate human cognitive activities in the organization. One of the major activity in the organization is the strategy development process (SDP). This activity often involves complex cognitive activities (CCA) and always happen in the collaborative settings in the organization. Therefore, it is essential for visualization to facilitate SDP from Collaborative-CCA perspectives. In order to do that, this paper intend to highlight three visualization principles that able to facilitate SDP in the organization. Using the systemic view as a fundamental, the visualization principles are; (i) higher level visual structure, (ii) lower level visual structure, and (iii) the interconnection between higher and lower level visual structure. Consequently, by applying focus group observation, this paper demonstrates the usefulness of the visualization principles in facilitating SDP. Finally, this research will further evaluate and consult current visualization techniques, methods and tools in facilitating SDP.

Accepting too many software change requests could contribute to expense and delay in project delivery. On the other hand rejecting the changes may increase customer dissatisfaction. Software project management might use a reliable estimation on potential impacted artifacts to decide whether to accept or reject the changes. In software development phase, an assumption that all classes in the class artifact are completely developed is impractical compared to software maintenance phase. This is due to some classes in the class artifact are still under development or partially developed. This paper is a continuous effort from our previous work on combining between static and dynamic analysis techniques for impact analysis. We have converted the approach to an automated tool and call it a CIAT (Change Impact Analysis Tool). The significant achievements of the tool are demonstrated through an extensive experimental validation using several case studies. The experimental analysis shows improvement in the accuracy over current impact analysis results.

Knowledge sharing framework for teachers of ABC primary school

Wandeep Kaur Ratan Singh; Wardah Zainal Abidin; Norziha Megat Mohd Zainuddin

The loss of knowledge from teachers who retire and leave the field is a waste the education sector should look to curb. The use and application of Information Communication Technology is the bridge that could help propagate the growth of an organization as well as shrink the window of deprivation experienced by primary school teachers today. Knowledge sharing is regarded as a significant portion of knowledge management. The importance of knowledge sharing is recognized as a profitable entity to any organization. For teachers in the primary sector, there is a need for them to feel connected yet there are hindrances that are holding them back. A knowledge sharing framework that caters to the needs of this community of practice as well as a teacher friendly portal is essential as a tool to help primary school teachers embrace technology and expand their horizon by connecting and sharing with one another. This paper proposes a knowledge sharing framework that would be the building block of designing a web based portal for teachers in order to cultivate a knowledge sharing environment.
