AKADEMİSYEN HEMŞİRELERDE İŞE VE KURUMA YÖNELİK TUTUM / Attitudes of Nursing Academicians towards Job and Institution

OZET Ulkenin ihtiyaci olan saglik iskolunda insan gucu yetistirme sorumlulugunu yuklenen akademisyen hemsirelerin, calistigi kurumda huzurlu ve verimli calisabilmeleri, gerek kendi sagliklari ve kurumun basarisi gerekse yarinin nitelikli hemsirelerinin yetismesi acisindan oldukca onemlidir. Akademisyen hemsirelerin calisma yasamindaki durumlarinin arastirildigi calismalarda, genellikle tek bir kavram ve bunu etkileyen faktorlerin incelendigi ve uzerinde en fazla calisilan kavramlarin ise, stres, stresle bas etme, is doyumu, kuruma baglilik ve tukenmislik oldugu gorulmektedir. Akademisyen hemsirelerin ise ve kuruma yonelik olumlu tutumlar gelistirmelerinde, yoneticilerin duyarlilik gostermesi, tutum boyutlarini etkileyen bireysel ve kurumsal faktorlerin dikkate alinarak iyilestirilmesine yonelik onlemlerin alinmasi, gerekirse yeni duzenlemelerin yapilmasi gerekmektedir. Bu makalede, akademisyen hemsirelerde ise ve kuruma yonelik tutum konusu ve bu konuyla ilgili yapilmis calismalar gozden gecirilmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler: A kademisyen hemsire, ise yonelik tutum, kuruma yonelik tutum ABSTRACT For academician nurses who take the responsibility of educating man power in the health sector where the country is in need of, it is important to work in their workplaces peacefully and efficiently not only for their health and the success of institution but also for the education of the future nurses. In the studies where the situations related to the work place of academician nurses are studied, it is seen that generally one concept and factors that affect this concept are analyzed. It is found out that mostly studied concepts in these studies are stress, overcoming the stress, job satisfaction, commitment to the institution and exhaustion. In the development of positive attitudes of academician nurses towards job and institution, it is necessary for administrators to show sensibility, to take precautions for amelioration of attitudes by taking into consideration all individual and institutional factors which affect attitude dimensions and if needed new arrangements should be carried out. In this article, the attitudes of academician nurses towards their job and institution and the studies about this issue have been reviewed.
