After a brief exposition of Elementary Pragmatic Model about changes in dyadic interactions, the validity and clinical usefulness of the model was evaluated with a newly created test, called SISCI-Sentences. This test is composed of 90 Sentences with strong psychological impact. Administration of this test to non-clinical and clinical participants produced statistically significant differences between the choices of participants in the two groups. Implications of these results for the use of these Sentences in the course of psychotherapy are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate three models of intimate relationships: attachment, elementary pragmatic, and selfhood. These models were evaluated with three instruments respectively constructed to evaluate the validity of each model. One convenience group of functioning individuals and three experimental groups of inpatients and outpatients were administered the three instruments. All three instruments showed relatively high internal consistency and discriminated among the four groups. Significant correlations were found among the measure of attachment with measures of the pragmatic elementary and selfhood models. These correlations indicate that all three instruments were measuring similar aspects of intimate relationships. Clinical and preventive implications and applications of these models are briefly discussed.

The Elementary Pragmatic Model (EPM) is a high operative and didactic, versatile tool and new application areas are envisaged continuously. Recently, EPM contributed to find a solution to the double-bind problem in classic information and algorithmic theory. This new awareness allowed to enlarge our panorama for neurocognitive system behavior understanding. To cope with ontological uncertainty, it is possible to use two coupled irreducible information subsystems, based on an ideal asymptotic dichotomy: Information Reliable Predictability and Information Reliable Unpredictability. A natural operating point can emerge as a new Trans-disciplinary Reality Level, out of the Interaction of Two Complementary Irreducible Management Subsystems. It is possible to envisage an Evolutive Elementary Pragmatic Model (E2PM) able to profit by both classic EPM Self-Reflexive Functional Logical Closure and new evolutive Self-Reflective Functional Logical Aperture. This paper presents a relevant contribute to models and simulations offering an example of new forms of evolutive behavior inter- and trans-disciplinarity modeling.

This article presents a program based on the Elementary Pragmatic Model and on the administration of a test consisting of 90 sentences with a strong psychological impact interactively presented to participants. Data emerging from this procedure are calculated according to four coordinates and 16 relational functions processed on a grid defined by a table of 256 possible interactions. From these interactions three final states were found to constitute essentially the bottom line of the human mind. The program indicates how certain sentences could be selected systematically to lead initially deviant participants toward more statistically average patterns, in terms of coordinates, functions, interactions, and final states.

A theoretical frame for the description of the interactional behavior of human subject systems is presented. The subjects interactional pattern is defined by a quadruple of coordinates, each coordinate being the probability of transition between elementary states, defined in terms of initial subject states and input information (external stimuli). The mathematical basis is briefly given to formalize the model of the human dyadic interactions (interaction between mullicomponent systems can be similarly treated, but is beyond the scope of the paper). The possibility of studying theoretically the evolution with age of the interactional basic mechanisms of human subjects is investigated. An experiment empirically confirmed the validity of the theoretical predictions on the evolution of the mechanisms of the pragmatics of students (from 6 years of age) up to adults.

The proper use of healthcare informatics technology and multidimensional conceptual clarity are fundamental to create and boost outstanding clinical and telepractice results. Avoiding even terminology ambiguities is mandatory for high quality of care service. For instance, well-being or wellbeing is a different way to write the same concept only, or there is a good deal of ambiguity around the meanings of these terms the way they are written. In personal health, healthcare and healthcare informatics, this kind of ambiguity and lack of conceptual clarity has been called out repeatedly over the past 50 years. It is time to get the right, terse scenario. We present a brief review to develop and achieve ultimate wellbeing understanding for practical high quality healthcare informatics and telepractice application. This article presents an innovative point of view on deeper wellbeing understanding towards its increased clinical effective application.

Recent technological advances in the use of the Internet and video technologies has greatly impacted the provision of psychotherapy and other clinical services as well as how the training of psychotherapists may be conducted. When utilized appropriately these technologies may provide greater access to needed services to include treatment, consultation, supervision, and training. We present, as an example, the main steps to develop and achieve application resilience and antifragility at system level, for structured diagnostic and therapeutic tele-practice and tele-health support, devoted to psychiatry and psychology application mainly. We describe the rationale and method of our approach and discuss system implementation detail and result. This article presents a number of innovations that can take tele-health psychotherapy treatment, supervision, training, and research forward, toward increased effectiveness and reliability.
