Equipe de enfermagem e comunicação: contribuições para o cuidado de enfermagem

O objeto deste estudo e o processo de comunicacao na equipe de enfermagem. A pesquisa e qualitativa e descritiva, cujo objetivo e identificar os elementos que compoem o processo de comunicacao da equipe de enfermagem, analisar as estrategias de comunicacao utilizadas pela equipe e discutir suas influencias no cuidado de enfermagem. O referencial teorico aplicado e o modelo de processo de comunicacao proposto por Berlo. As tecnicas de producao dos dados foram a entrevista semi-estruturada, com 25 profissionais de enfermagem, e a observacao participante. Aos dados foram aplicadas as tecnicas de analise de conteudo tematica. Para a equipe de enfermagem, a comunicacao e uma forma de interacao, um meio para o entendimento entre as pessoas e um instrumento para transmitir informacoes de modo verbal.The purpose is the communication process in nursing team. The research is qualitative and descriptive, whose aim is identify the elements that make up the communication process of the nursing team, to analyze the communication strategies used by the team and discuss their influence on nursing care. The theoretical model is applied to the communication process proposed by Berlo. Production techniques of data were semi-structured interviews with 25 nurses, and participant observation. The thematic content analysis was applied to the data. For nursing team, communication is a form of interaction, a means to understanding between people and a tool to convey information verbally.

Processo de comunicação na equipe de enfermagem fundamentado no diálogo entre Berlo e King

Objective:The aim of this research was to analyze the communication process in the nursing team, based on the theoretical approach proposed by Berlo and King, and to discuss their contributions to nursing care.Method:Descriptive qualitative method, developed with 25 members of the nursing team at a hospital-based medical clinic. The theoretical frameworks were Berlo’s communication theory and King’s nursing theory.Results:For nursing staff, communication is expressed in various ways, being something much broader than the discourse itself. The team is consolidated as a social system, which can be influenced by the hierarchy, power and status.Conclusion:The efficient communication among nursing staff members preserves good interpersonal relationships, supporting care practice and making the work more effective.Objetivo:Pesquisa cujo objetivo foi analisar o processo de comunicacao na equipe de enfermagem, com base nos elementos teoricos preconizados por Berlo e King, e discutir suas contribuicoes para o cuidado de enfermagem.Metodo:Qualitativo-descritivo, desenvolvido com 25 membros da equipe de enfermagem de uma clinica medica hospitalar. Realizou-se entrevista semiestruturada e analise tematica de conteudo. Os referenciais teoricos foram: uma teoria de comunicacao, de Berlo, e uma teoria de enfermagem, a de King.Resultados:Para a equipe de enfermagem, a comunicacao se expressa de diversas formas, sendo algo amplo abrangendo muito mais que a propria fala. A equipe se consolida como um sistema social, que pode ser influenciado pela hierarquia, o poder e o status.Conclusao:A eficiencia da comunicacao entre os membros da equipe de enfermagem mantem as boas relacoes interpessoais, auxiliando na assistencia tornando o trabalho de todos mais efetivo.

A leitura mediada como estratégia de cuidado lúdico: contribuição ao campo da enfermagem fundamental

E-mail:[email protected] PESQUISA RESEARCH - INVESTIGACION The purpose is the mediated reading to hospitalized child as“ludic” strategy. The objectives are: Identify the meanings ofreading mediation actions attributed by the subjects; characterizetheir contributions to hospitalized children, and discuss themediated reading as expressive / “ludic” strategy of basiccare. It is a descriptive and qualitative study conducted with 10hospitalized children and their 10 escorts; 07 readingmediators, and 10 nursing team’s members. The benefits ofreading were evidenced on children and their escort’s well-being which promote the health team’s work. For theprofessionals and mediators, the mediated reading is ahumanization care strategy that reduce psychic surcharge andprovides emotional comfort to the children, softening theirsuffering. It concluded that combining “ludism” and care is inline with the principles of the theory of human care and also theproject called Humaniza SUS, whose host strategies of customerare valued.Keywords: Nursing care. Child health. Humanization ofAssistance.Livia Rodrigues MendesEl objeto es la lectura guiada como estrategia ludica para los ninos hospitalizados. Los objetivos son: Identificar los sentidos que les atribuyen los sujetos a las acciones de mediacion de lectura; caracterizar la contribucion hecha a los ninos hospitalizados; y discutir la lectura guiada como una estrategia expresiva/ludica de cuidado fundamental. Se trata de una investigacion cualitativa y descriptiva realizada con 10 ninos hospitalizados; 10 acompanantes; 07 mediadores de lectura; y 10 miembros del equipo de enfermeria. Es evidente los beneficios de la lectura en el bien-estar de los ninos y sus acompanantes, favoreciendo el trabajo del equipo de salud. Para los profesionales y mediadores, la lectura guiada es una estrategia de humanizacion del cuidado que disminuye la sobrecarga psiquica y proporciona conforto emocional al nino, amenizando su sufrimiento. Se concluyo que aliar actividades ludicas con cuidados y atencion se concretizan como los principios de la teoria del cuidado humano y, tambien, del Proyecto Humaniza SUS, cuyas estrategias de acoger al paciente estan ganando cada dia mas importancia.

Nursing team communication in a medical ward

OBJECTIVE To describe the essential elements that make the nursing team communication process effective, and to analyze such elements in the light of two main theorists, Berlo and King. METHOD This is a qualitative study of assistant convergent research approach. The data production technique was the semi-structured interview, with 25 nursing professionals from a public hospital. Data were analyzed with thematic content techniques. RESULTS The main element of consolidation of the communication process and interpersonal relationship, with consequent interaction, is the dialogue, which is guided by emotions, feelings, and team integration. CONCLUSION The communication process and the interpersonal relationship reach their objectives and the reciprocal understanding expected when there is effective dialogue, validated by the source and receiver of the processes, with consequent interaction.

Capacidad de ejecuciones de actividades instrumentales de la vida diaria en el anciano: Etnoenfermería

Objective: To analyze the health and nursing interventions proposed in community groups for the elderly. Methods: Qualitative study, of etnonursing type. The study included 35 aged subjects who were part of a university extension project. Data collection was based on the Observation-Participation-Reflection model, field diary and interviews. Data analysis followed four phases. Results: The workshops were contextualized as the needs of the elderly to carry out the activities of daily living. Autonomy and independence emerged as health predictors. The living group was referred to as promoter of active aging and healthy culture. Conclusion: Groups are spaces for possible problematization of demands of the elderly, regarding the implementation of the activities of daily living. Functional capacity, autonomy and independence were determining factors for the health and well -being of the elderly, and they should be the focus of nursing intervention.
